Stunning Provençal Villa & Pool. Boasting one of the best views in Seillans.

Kismet has been a key part of our family for more than forty years. As fate would have it, we became the custodians of this truly magical villa in the beautiful village of Seillans. The house is an easy five-minute walk into the village, where you’ll find wonderful cafés, artisans, bars and restaurants. Surrounded by ancient olive trees, with stunning views across the Pays de Fayence towards the Esterel mountains, Kismet is a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy life in Provence.

The main house contains three spacious bedrooms, one of which can be arranged as a double or twin. The fourth bedroom sits beside the pool and can also be arranged as a double or twin, making the property ideal for groups of up to eight people. A secure gated entrance and private drive with ample parking give you plenty of privacy during your stay.

Situated across multiple landscaped terraces, Kismet offers plenty of outdoor dining and seating areas to settle into. Find a shady spot beneath the olive trees, enjoy a long lunch overlooking the valley, or spend the afternoon by the large secluded pool. Our covered barbecue and bar area make dining on the pool deck easy. Make sure you take in the sunset from the terrace at the end of the pool, preferably with a sun-downer in hand.

Inside, the three main-house bedrooms are air-conditioned, with exceptionally comfy mattresses and lovely linens. The open-plan living and dining room offers plenty of space to unwind, gather and enjoy a meal together. Attached to the dining room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to cook up a Provençal feast. An open fire makes the living room a cosy place to spend cooler evenings, too.

The main dining terrace offers shaded lunches beneath the awning and dinners under the stars, with views of Fayence across the valley. On clear nights, you can even see the twinkling lights from the coast. The terrace beside the kitchen is shaded by our beautiful old mulberry tree, creating a cool, leafy retreat that’s perfect for breakfast, morning coffee and a crossword, or a light lunch.

The bedrooms

Bedroom one is just off the main living area and has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, bedroom two has air conditioning and can be arranged as a king or two twins. There is a family bathroom and separate WC on the same floor.

The third double bedroom, is reached by an outside staircase offering a separate terrace and sweeping valley views. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning, a shower and a basin.

Bedroom four, located beside the pool, is great for those who want a little peace and quiet away from the main house. It can be arranged as a king or two twins and has cooling fans, a basin and access to an outdoor heated shower and WC.

Don’t fancy cooking yourselves? We can connect you with one of our trusted culinary partners, who can take care of all (or just some!) of your meals while you stay at Kismet.

We have a Sonos sound system and fast Wi-Fi for those who want to stay connected.

All linens and towels are provided, including pool towels. If you’re staying for longer than a week, ask us about adding a mid-stay clean to keep the house feeling holiday fresh.
