Impresionante villa, pareje increíble
Ha sido una semana increíble en familia. El exterior es brutal, un monton de espacio y zonas para estar y disfrutar. Piscina de lujo. El interior muy acogedor. Habitaciones amplias. Salon y cocina perfectos y muy bien equipados. A/A en todas las estancias de agradecer. Para bebes muy recomendable con cuna, trona y bañera. Mirita y Antonio encantadores y muy dispuestos. Resumen, todo perfecto. Recomendamos sin duda la casa de Mirita.

Fantastic Villa for all ages
The communication from the hosts was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The property is perfect for large groups and is brilliantly equipped with everything you would need. The games room for kids is a lifesaver for rainy days and the pool, although too cold in October, would be gorgeous in warmer weather.

Great House, wonderful garden!
The house is very spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen ist very well equipped and huge. The house has for example even two fridges, which is really helpful if you have to feed hungry teenagers. The pool is big and the garden/terrace well kept and has different places to sit and have lunch or dinner. Our children enjoyed very much the billiard, the ping-pong table and the other entertainment possibilities. Nearby are two supermarkets and within a couple of more minutes you can reach Caparica for more options. In walking distance there is a small mini-market in case you forgot something. For us very nice: there is even a good wineshop around the corner. You can reach nice beaches within several minutes from the house. Parking was no problem in September. There are plenty of good restaurants there. Our children visited a surf school since the beaches are perfect for beginners and loved it. Mirita is very helpful and gave many good advices. She answered within minutes, if there was a question coming up. We need e.g. a driver to go to Lissabon and she recommended a very nice and reliable one. Speaking of Lissabon: It is very close by and you can easily go there and back for a trip. We had a wonderful time!

Quiet residential location. Good size and amenities as listed with exception of air conditioning
As a party of 6 adults and 4 young children the villa was a good size. Location is residential and a short drive to local supermarkets Aldi and Lidl. Drive to restaurants c15 minutes on beach are closest but discovered lovely restaurant at golf club 7 minutes from villa. States rooms air conditioned but only 2 bedrooms are. 2 had fans which was ok but 1 had nothing. Had to buy a fan which host reimbursed us for. Pool good size but 1 week in had to request treatment as algae forming and turned green. Host arranged clean within 24 hours with chemicals scattered rather than full scrub, but appeared to work again 'ok'.

Bonjour Laura, je suis ravie que la maison et la localisation vous aient plu et que vous ayez passé un bon séjour malgré les 2 points évoqués dans votre appréciation. Dans le descriptif des chambres c'est pourtant précisé que 2 chambres ne sont pas équipées de climatisation (celles orientées nord) et jusqu'à présent cela n'a jamais été un souci car la maison est relativement fraiche dans ces chambres-là. Alors lorsque vous avez demandé un ventilateur supplémentaire nous avons tout de suite accepté de le prendre à notre charge. L'eau de la piscine - étant donné l'usage intensif et la période de canicule exceptionnelle que le Portugal a connu cette année- s'était en effet un peu altérée. Dès que vous nous l'avez signalé le nécessaire a été fait par le pisciniste pour rétablir le PH dans les meilleurs délais (12H et non 24H). Il n'y a qu'un traitement chimique adapté qui puisse rétablir la qualité de l'eau par forte chaleur et affluence. Je pense que nous avons été réactifs et avons fait de notre mieux pour que vous passiez un bon séjour, ce que nous espérons a été le cas.

Superbe villa très bien située
Superbe maison. Tout y est fait pour passer un séjour magnifique. L'accueil de Mirita et son époux fait que l'on se sent tout de suite "chez soi". Maison de rêve pour les vacances. Tout y est parfait. A vivement recommander.

Lovely stay in a delightful villa
The villa was great for our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 teens). The villa is much bigger than it appears in the pictures which was a lovely surprise. The pool and outside areas are well kept and we spent most of our time here. It's very well-equipped with everything you could need both inside and out. Lidl is just a 5 min drive (20 min walk) away, but I would recommend hiring a car to get around the local area. Mirita was a great host - very communicative, very prompt in answering all questions and on hand at all times during our stay. All in all, just what we wanted!

Great house and pool, outstandingly well equipped kitchen. Convenient location for Costa Caparica beaches and Setúbal area. Easy to get to Lisbon by car or passenger ferry. Super communication and suggestions from host Mirita.

Une villa et un accueil haut de gamme!
La villa est idéale pour l'accueil des familles avec enfants, elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel très tranquille. Mirita est une hôte qui a été très attentive à la qualité de notre séjour. Elle nous a apporté quantité d'informations pratiques qui nous ont bien aidé à découvrir cette belle région. La villa est très agréable et est très bien équipée. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison! Nous avons notamment apprécié la grande piscine et la proximité du bord de mer (5 min en voiture de la superbe plage Fonte de Telha) pour déguster les superbes poissons frais et profiter de bons apéros ! Je recommande particulièrement la plage sauvage de Praia Morena située à 6 kms de la villa avec son superbe resto de poissons (Borda d’água). Pour les amateurs de Golf (Aroeira Golf club) ou de bons vins ( Caves Bacalhau a Azeitao ), Verdizela est très bien située pour ces activités. Ce que nous avons également apprécié c'est la facilité d'accès au centre de Lisbonne: La villa est à environ 20 minutes de Cacilhas ou Seixal d'où part le bateau qui, après 10 Minutes de trajets, nous a laissé en plein centre ( Quais de Soudre). C'est génial! Nous avons été conquis et pensons déjà à revenir. En résumé les conditions d'accueil sont superbes, ce qui nous a mis dans les meilleure conditions pour découvrir cette très belle région.
