We are a small family business. We rent good rooms for a fair price. We are not a hotel, so do not expect hotel service, like reception. We do not have reception, and our rules are, you must call us to agree check-in time. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, clean and with good conditions, we are the best option in our area.

Nous avons des chambres en bon état, pour un bon séjour, mais nous ne sommes pas un hôtel. Nous n'avons pas de réception, vous devez donc nous appeler pour le check-in, ce qui est possible de 14h à 20h. Si vous venez plus tard, appelez-nous. Nous travaillons depuis 2016 pour vous offrir le meilleur rapport qualité-prix et vous ne trouverez certainement rien de mieux à ce prix dans cette région

Hello. I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. The Homestay is located in a residential area, and other residents do not want to be disturbed by my business. So, I can not put the full address, otherwise people start arriving at any time, and ring the neighbours. The only way to find the house is by calling me. It is in the rules, and if you do it, I give you the full address, and we agree check-in time, as there is no front desk. I offer good price, and accomodation, but please do not expect a hotel service. Anyway, we clean daily, and we offer the best value for money in this region.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to make an evaluation. I am glad you had a positive experience with us. We have fans, and I wonder why you haven't had one in the room... And about the mattress, we have different ones, and some spare too, and we sometimes change when customers want it softer or harder. It would help if I could identify the room you stayed in, but I will check it some needs to be replaced. I hope you come back. See you :-)

Obrigado Eliane, pela sua avaliação. De facto os nossos quartos são grandes, tal como a sala e partes comuns, e o nosso objectivo é manter a limpeza como um dos nossos pontos fortes. O nosso objectivo é apresentar a melhor relação qualidade preço, e talvez isso a tenha levado a considerar, simpaticamente, "A melhor acomodação de Lisboa". Lembro os nossos futuros hóspedes que estamos localizados em Corroios, na margem sul (Lisbon South Bay), a uma distância curta, realizável comodamente a pé, da Estação de comboios de Corroios, a partir da qual se poderão deslocar até Lisboa, demorando cerca de 20 minutos.
