'Excellent communication from the hotel management, who proactively contacted us before arrival to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We loved the beautifully decorated, homely shared living area, including reasonably priced beverages.
Our two-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious, with a large living room and two adjoining bedrooms offering all the amenities we needed.
The location next to Praça do Rossio was perfect for our final days in Lisbon, putting the city's most beautiful...

'Leuke appartementje.

'Unhygienic, poorly maintained and misleading information – stay away!
We stayed here during our holiday and it was extremely disappointing.
The air conditioning didn’t work.
There were blood stains and remains of dead insects on the walls.
The shower was dirty and poorly maintained.
There is no reception desk to help with questions, and nobody answers the phone.
The housekeeping staff do not speak English and are unwilling to help.
Online it is advertised as a 4-star accommodation, but the sign...

Kleine douche was stuk, enkel regendouche werkte.

'Nice hotel close to a lot of attractions. The basement area with a pool table, foosball table and other things was a nice place to hang out. Kitchen in the room was big and had everything we needed. Staff was nice.

'The panoramic living building is modern, well equiped and comfortable. Only a small walk to the Oriente station where metro, train and bus to all directions are available. The waterfront is also nearby. Lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Parking is underground and safe. The apartment is huge, lots of space, modern and comfortable furniture, a complete kitchen, a large and long bed, airconditioning and flatscreen tv. Everything worked well, except hot water while showering.. It never...
