Welcome to your vacation retreat in the Bayside community of Fenwick Island. This single family home offers a comfortable and inviting space for families and groups to relax. The open-concept living area is bright and airy, wrapped in windows that let in plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes meal preparation easy, whether you're having a casual breakfast or a group dinner. The adjacent dining area and cozy living room provide a relaxed setting to gather after a day of exploring.
The well-appointed bedrooms ensure everyone has a private and restful place to unwind. Outside, the screened-in porch provides a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
Staying in the Bayside community means access to a range of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and even kayaking. Golfers can enjoy the nearby Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, while Fenwick Island’s beaches are just a short drive away for swimming and sunbathing (or take the community beach shuttle on the weekends!). Amenity passes are available for an additional charge of $115 per person for 7 consecutive days, or $65 per person for 3 consecutive days (May 16 thru Sep 22); off-season rates are $70 per person for 7 consecutive days, or $40 per person for 3 consecutive days (Sep 23 thru May 15). THERE ARE NO DAILY PASSES. If passes are purchased or modified 14 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass. Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA; Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable. Win-Le Vacation Rentals collects the fees on behalf of the HOA but is not involved in the operation of, or responsible for, the Bayside Amenities. There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes. Resort passes can be picked up from the Health & Aquatic Club during business hours (7AM to 7PM).
Golf privileges are available at an additional cost. Contact Bayside directly to reserve tee times. Per Bayside HOA Rules, renters are only permitted to use golf carts on the golf course; use throughout the residential roads and sidewalks of the community is not permitted.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 8 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.
The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
Parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway; the garage is for storage only. Street parking is not available.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 5 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25 unless otherwise disclosed.
