Upscale Beach & Golf uitje in Bayside Resort

Deze fantastische villa ligt in de Bayside Resort Community en op korte loopafstand van het belangrijkste recreatieve complex van Sunridge. De Sunridge complex bestaat uit twee grote zwembaden met Tiki bar, splash zone, fitnesscentrum, speeltuin, tennis en basketbalvelden.

Slechts 3 mijl van de stranden van Fenwick Island, DE en Ocean City, MD, Bayside biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot al het plezier van het strand, terwijl op hetzelfde moment, het aanbieden van een ontsnapping uit de drukte en congestie die deze met zich meebrengt. Bayside biedt een pendeldienst naar het strand naar het strand Fenwick Island op bepaalde tijdstippen tijdens de zomer. Er is een activiteitentoeslag (optioneel) voor het gebruik van de voorzieningen (bijvoorbeeld zwembaden, pendeldienst, fitness-ctr, enz.). Zie huurovereenkomst voor prijzen en meer details.

Onze eindeenheidvilla omvat veel upgrades waardoor het voelt als thuis. Het heeft 5 slaapkamers, 4. 5 badkamers en 1 auto garage. De villa was van alle nieuwe vloeren, granieten aanrecht, roestvrijstalen apparaten, en is pas geschilderd.

De eerste verdieping open lay-out is zeer geschikt voor entertainment met een moderne keuken, eethoek, grote kamer met open haard en grote 60 'SMART HDTV met Bose Surround Sound Theater System, en gescreend terug veranda. De eerste verdieping heeft ook een grote slaapkamer (1 koning) en de tweede slaapkamer (twijfelaar) met verbeterde tegels in de badkamers en een grote douche. De bovenverdieping loft heeft zijn eigen grote 47 "flatscreen-tv, die nog een aparte entertainment gebied voor volwassenen of kinderen. De bovenverdieping heeft een slaapkamer met eigen badkamer (koningin), en twee slaapkamers die een Jack and Jill badkamer (2 tweelingen in één kamer, en een stapelbed in een andere kamer (full + twin)) te delen. De bovenverdieping loft heeft ook een dubbele slaapbank.

De Bayside gemeenschap omvat 'The Point', die zit op de baai met uitzicht op Ocean City. Het punt is voorzien van een boot en vissen dock, gratis kajaks en kano's in de hele zomer (met activiteit pas), een aanlegsteiger en een natuurpad met veel wilde dieren te genieten.

Bayside Jack Nicklaus Golf Course werd gerangschikt beste openbare toegang Delaware natuurlijk. Bayside beschikt ook over de enorme SunRidge Tennis & Recreation Center met 2 groot zwembad, Kid's Splash Zone, 20-persoons Hot tub, fitnesscentrum, tennisbanen, speeltuin, basketbal, beachvolleybal, Snackbar, picknickplaats en Game Room.

Daarnaast is de Bayside Commons Area pool complex beschikt over een 3650sq ft. Vrije vorm zwembad, een 550sq ft. Peuterbad, en een 6500 sq ft. Speeltuin. Het complex omvat ook een gebouw met kleedkamers, douches en een snackbar.

Another Great Vacation

The perfect beach house for your family vacation awaits. Leave your troubles at the door and leave your worries behind, this house has everything you need. You are close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Our family has stayed here for several years now, and the owner is excellent with communication and it is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Cannot wait to go back again next year.

We just finished a one week family vacation at this property, with kids, parents and grandparents. There were 14 of us and the residence fit us all comfortably. It was clean and well kept. The owners were very attentive throughout the process and pleasant to work with. The location was excellent, the main strip to Ocean City is a short drive away, and there is a grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and ice cream shops basically attached to the community, which was very convenient. This house was within walking distance to the main pool grounds which contained two pools and a splash pad for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Family vacation at Bayside

Our stay this past week was absolutely fantastic. The house was beautiful, very clean and the host was extremely responsive. Weve stayed at various different communities in Delaware beach towns over the past 10 years and this has been our favorite experience. There is so much to do on property and the house has everything you need. The pictures do not do this house justice! Everything has been thought out for you. Even with my two little ones (ages 1 and 4) we had all we needed for an awesome week away.Thank you Mike for an awesome experience!

Fabulous Vacation

Our family truly enjoyed another vacation in Michael's house. We have rented here several times and we plan on going back again next year. The house is laid out very well, the kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots and pans, utensils, everything that you need. The rooms are spacious and we always feel right at home. Michael is very responsive if I ever have a question. The location is great since we were able to walk to the main pool in Bayside. Above all - it is impeccably clean as that is very important to us. We love dealing with Michael as he makes the entire process very easy and we cannot wait to go back again next summer. I highly recommend this house.

The property is gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of space. Beautiful neighborhood. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. Bikes, beach toys, cooler, wagon, etc in the garage was a delightful surprise. More than enough linens, pillows, and extra blankets in the house. Kitchen had everything that we needed and more. Things to consider that cannot be controlled by host: Its at least 30 minutes to the beach with traffic. This wasnt a deal breaker for us. Stagger your showers if you have a big group like we did so the hot water doesnt run out. We would definitely stay here everytime we come to Ocean City!

The house is beautiful and is in a great location. The beds are uncomfortable. The sofas in the main family room are very uncomfortable. I feel that a house that costs this much with extra fees etc should come stocked with basics like toilet paper trash bags etc I also do not think we should have to walk and dump all the trash when we leave on Saturday to the nearest dumpster on top of bringing all linens I love the Bayside environment, but will be looking elsewhere for a more economical/family friendly vacation in the future.
