• This comfortable vacation rental is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building, right next to a wooded hill that separates the building from the beautifully wide Baltic Sea beach (Südstrand). The Rasender Roland train station is about 700 meters from the property. Shopping options are nearby (100 meters). The Nemo water park is just a few minutes away. During peak season, a small resort train runs to the town center, the pier, and the beaches. The stop is located right next to the vacation apartment.

• The apartment is equipped with, among other things, 2 flat-screen TVs (cable), a DVD player, a DVD recorder, and a micro stereo system with a CD player. The kitchen also features a fully automatic coffee machine.

• Due to the house’s hillside location, this apartment is only partially accessible for people with mobility or visual impairments; there are steps from the parking lot and inside the apartment (behind the front door).

The modern 40-square-meter vacation rental WE 2 is located on the first floor of a newly built apartment building. It features a combined living/bedroom with a sleeper sofa, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette; the bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible through the bedroom. When the weather is nice, a terrace with patio furniture invites you to relax. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included. The building includes a bike shed.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
