THE APARTMENT
Petit Arnica is an ideal studio apartment for a couple or a family with 2 children. Equipped with a sofa bed and a bunk bed, it has a small kitchenette to prepare breakfasts and small lunches or dinners.

THE POSITION
The small apartment is located in one of the ancient and picturesque villages of the municipality of Selva di Cadore 1425 m. s.l.m. in Val Fiorentina in the heart of the Dolomites, a Unesco World Heritage Site, in front of Mount Pelmo, Civetta and the Marmolada glacier, right in the center of the Civetta ski area.
Inserted in a large wooded area and surrounded by imposing Dolomite massifs, Petit Arnica is part of one of the six residences that make up the tourist center in classic mountain style both in terms of the architecture of the residential complexes and the furnishings.

SERVICES
The structure has a tavern inside where you can have barbecues and spend evenings with friends. A table tennis and table football room for the enjoyment of your kids and children, but also for the older ones. To use these services, ask at the reception on the ground floor of the structure.
It is possible to use the coin-operated laundry.
