The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation and absolute privacy. The swimming pool, measuring 8 × 5 metres with a constant depth of 2 metres, is ideal for cooling off on warm days and is complemented by an outdoor shower for extra comfort. Several porches and inviting corners create different atmospheres, perfect for enjoying breakfast, reading, or relaxing in the shade, while the fixed barbecue is ideal for sharing long, leisurely meals with family or friends in a peaceful natural setting.

Inside, the house is distributed over two floors and carefully designed to offer comfort and functionality throughout. The ground floor features two living rooms, one with an integrated dining area, wood-burning stove, air conditioning, Smart TV, and satellite channels. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs and includes a table and chairs for informal meals, and this floor also has a complete bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a small workspace and three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes, two with single beds and one with a double bed and a cot, as well as a second bathroom with bathtub and bidet. The property also includes laundry facilities with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience during your stay.

The property is located near Moscari, a small and tranquil village in the heart of Mallorca, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Surrounded by almond trees, olive groves, and scenic rural paths, it is ideal for hiking and cycling, with highlights such as the Lluc Monastery and the Campanet Caves close by. The northern beaches, including Alcúdia Beach, are just 25–30 minutes away by car, and Golf Pollença is also within easy reach for golf enthusiasts.
