'The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. It was well lit and we felt very safe there. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and they were willing to go above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable. I appreciated the walk in shower while traveling with a 93 year old with some mobility issues. The pool was perfect for tossing the football around. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and everything tasted great. Thank you for the nice stay.'

'prima hotel, mooi gelegen op een heuvel waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt op de Liberty universiteits- gebouwen/sportcomplex. Nadeel van de ligging van het hotel is dat je wel een auto bij je moet hebben. De bus transfer van het hotel is alleen mogelijk voor bestemmingen die binnen 2 miles van het hotel liggen. Ga je verder weg dan moet je met een taxi. '

'The staff is outstanding.. The halls and stuff are pretty rough, apparently theyre redoing it. .. but the rooms are nice clean and comfortable. I had 4 rooms there for 2 days.. God location theres seeral food options within 2 blocks and lynchburg is a mile away'

'Check in desk staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean. The only thing it was missing was bars of soap for the bathroom sink, which the front desk staff gave me as soon as I asked. Coffee was good, and my husband enjoyed his breakfast. The air conditioning worked well and our room was very comfortable temperature-wise.'

'I stayed there June 5th and 6th while my son attended a football camp at Liberty. My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's...

'I don't know why we was given this type of unit?? Our stay last year was great.. this unit was more for a small person or kid.. our really only complaint was the toilet was so small height wise.. which is a task for ur elderly people.. and the picture of the unit was not what we got?? Other than that our stay was great'
