I have been at this hotel twice (before it changed name) and the room was still the same. It is getting quite old as a structure. Bed sheets were full of spots here and there, the water coming out from the shower was very smelly and options for food and drinks at the bar are very limited. Nevertheless, the position is good and the staff is very kind.

I paid for the deluxe suite which is a larger room you pay extra for it the room is completely run down stains on the sofa is a huge black mark on the door when you walk in the shower is not strong there’s also terrible hum from the electrical plant that resonated in my room I figured all the rooms had the same sort of sound so loud The bed was OK pillows were fine service was good the other thing if you’re riding a bike where are you parking can be difficult in the car park as there is so many bikes which is mainly staff bikes and it’s very difficult to park and get out Food is OK it’s not outstanding it’s fine if you have nowhere else to go staff are friendly The parking security guys don’t really help you with your bike I’m trying to find a parking spot that was disappointing when I first arrived

Loved the security guards. They were so friendly and always made sure we were safe. All staff were friendly and always willing to accomodate our needs. Would definitely stay again

The rooftop bar was great, as well as the breakfast Buffett. Staff was very helpful and professional. Would recommend!

Great hotel for the price! They have a hot tub on the roof too which is a must try! They have sheesha there as well! Great price, rooms are very modern and clean! Service is just fantastic! Breakfast is not bad. Close to this spa called Sundari spa which is a must try for cheap but great massages, we went there twice in 2 days!

매우 매우 청결했고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨음. 특히 자전거 무료 대여 서비스가 아주 좋았음. 스미냑 바다까지 가는 길이 좁고 자전거 타기에 좋은 길은 아니라서 이용하긴 어렵지만 다른 자전거 탈 곳을 알아보면 잘 이용할 수 있을듯. 스미냑 바다까지는 생각보다 멈 걸어서 15-20분? 걸어가는 길에 가게도 있어서 재미가 없진 않지만 체감상 조금 멀다. 오토바이타면 금방 감. 그래도 바로 옆에 다이빙 스노쿨링 업체도 있고 편의점 atm 다 있어서 아주 좋음. 옥상도 아담하고 좋음. 옥상의 자쿠지? 는 이용하려면 조금 일찍가야 자리 잡을 수 있을 것 같아요! 아주 만족!

The street is so busy and the walk to the main area is a death trap, moped on the footpath nearly knocking you down. And the music is so loud and on 1 song repeat until 11pm which is really annoying.

very good experience and totally worthy any penny i spent. the location was very good, locating almost center of seminyak and surrounded by many nice spas, restaurants and cafes. just within 10 mins to the beach by Grab bike. nothing to complain.

Good room for three night stay in hotel, as we were in and out doing activities love the sky bar with the jacuzzi on top floor, housekeeping was amazing as we walked back into room every day was cleaned up, also breakfast was decent for the price overall good experience me and my girlfriend enjoyed.

Très bien
Accueil très sympa. Très souriant. Nous arrivions après 15h de vol et nous avons pu nous reposer dans les transats sur le rooftop avant d'avoir notre chambre. On a pu profiter des 2 jacuzzis. Chambre impeccable. Environ très bruyant mais notre chambre était très bien insonoriseé. Seul bémol la piscine est fraîche car à l'ombre.

Very average to be honest but staff are very nice. Found it impossible to get in contact with them before arriving and still have no idea how to contact them now that I left something dear to me in my room. I would have thought someone would try contact me however I’ve heard nothing and numbers online don’t work. The staff were lovely but they struggled to make a decent cocktail also the room has a lot of wear and tear. Breakfast was disappointing but the food menu was tasty. Pool was lovely but rooftop was old looking.

My room (118) was next to the elevator, and it was a lot of external noise and internal noise coming from the sewage system just behind the bedhead. The pictures on Expedia look better than the actual amenities.

ホテルの方はとても親切です。 近くにスーパーが2件あります。 自転車のレンタルも可能です。 立地がとてもいい。 部屋もとても綺麗で清掃も行き届いている。 We spended good time. Hotel room is new construction and cleaning is perfect. Hotel employee is kindly and welcomed us with lovely smile. My don't good at english There is two supermarkets nearby. You are able to rent a bicycle.

Hotel was conveniently located in Seminyak, close to all amenities. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff spoke little English so was often difficult to communicate our needs with them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Jacuzzi at the rooftop was amazing. A good ambience to go along with shisha. Room was at 2nd floor, facing the pool. Sadly the door is not so soundproof, able to hear the commotion from the swimming pool. Other than that, stay was good. Scooters, bikes and e-scooters are available for rental at the hotel itself. Very convenient.

The spa on the roof is fantastic especially after being out all day. Breakfast could be better, tried the cornflakes took one mouthful and that was it, couldn't eat any more. Toaster takes forever, you could make yourself a cup of tea while you wait. Linen needs to be replaced, had one pillow case that was terribly stained. Started me wondering about the sheets, towels, etc.

The room wasn’t soundproof. I stayed in room 115 and could hear the traffic. I didn’t know how far it was from the beach. I tried neither the jacuzzis or the pool. I ordered dinner (grilled fish) at the restaurant and it took half an hour for my order to turn up and i was the only guest at that time. Overall, it wa a comfortable stay.
