We loved the whirlpool room, only the bathroom could maybe use some renovation. All the staff members are amazing and the roof terrace is a perfect spot for breakfast.

Heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel! Ook fijne spa en zwembad! Enige was dat ze om 10u in de ochtend begonnen met klussen naast onze kamer en daar op de laatste dag wat van zeiden maar alleen andere kamer werd aangeboden maar gingen dag later al weg dus niet veel aan gehad

Nice hotel near the city center. Only the room needs some maintenance. The water tap was very loose. But overall a good hotel to stay in. Breakfast was very nice and many different foods to choose from.

We begonnen onze reis met dit hotel en nu eindigen we hier. Het restaurant op de top van het hotel is heel goed en wederom genoten van de specialiteiten van alle lekkers hier. Dit maal kregen we een bed die heel laag was. Kwam er daardoor moeilijk uit ...:) maar verder weer prima. Lijkt wel meer op een bussines hotel qua uitstraling dan andere hotels die we bezochten afgelopen weken maar neemt niet weg dat we het er fijn hebben gehad

Fijn modern hotel met uitstekende kok
Redelijk dichtbij gezellig strand. Heerlijke bedden. Schoon en ruim. Was ons hotel bij aankomst en kom terug om vandaar relaxed weer terug naar huis te vliegen. Het eten was meerdere malen bijzonder lekker. Veel keuze. Zeker een tophotel voor dat geld.

Kamer ziet er minder mooi uit dan als op de foto.
Lobby erg mooi en schoon. Lift schoon. Hal naar kamer schoon. Kamer teleurstellend. Achterstallig onderhoud. Matras stinkt heel erg. Bed eerste dag direct laten verschonen. Maar na 2 dagen kwam de geur er weer doorheen. Zure lucht. Bad oo balkon ziet er leuk uit maar zet vooral de waterket niet aan. Ontspanning is dan weg door de herrie ervan. Dus zie maar als gewoon bad.

Super fijn hotel. Hartje Seminyak en toch rustig gelegen. Prachtig zwembad op de rooftop. De bedden liggen geweldig, personeel is vriendelijk! We zouden er graag nog een keer terug gaan het was super! Heerlijke massages ook eten was goed dus een echte aanrader:)

Everything was good except i booked a deluxe king specifically listed on expedia, arrived by told its not available that i needed to accept a twin option. After 1st round negotiation, reception aggreed to give us a king room from day 2, i refused that offer. Another round negotiation done, king room became available by waiting additional 1 hour. That was my one and only complaint regarding this property.

Ok stay, better value for money elsewhere?
Overall, a fairly acceptable experience - not worth the price point though... We stayed in a spa suite for 10 nights and the room was large and spacious with a few minor issues. The hotel overall would have been a lot nicer closer to construction however the maintenance is a bit lacking. Although we notified days ahead of our check in time, which was later than the minimum, we were still had to wait an hour for the room. Daily housekeeping struggled to keep up even when we were out all day. Onsite food was average at best however there is loads to pick from close by. If I was to stay here again it would need to be around $75 AUD per night.

Devin sky I am sure was lovely 10 years ago but it is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We were promised a room with a rain head shower as we had booked a whirlpool suite, our room did not have this, the staff didn't understand when I asked to change to a room that did, they eventually showed us other rooms but without the whirlpool. I wouldn't trust any of the photos on their website as they are clearly out of date and the hotel is much more tired than the photos depict. Breakfast was terrible, we ate their once and then went out each morning for breakfast, service is slow and takes a long time to get anything.

Alt i alt var det ok. Lite vedlikehold. Renner vann fra taket i hele første etasje. Første natte begynte arbeideren å jobbe etter kl 23:00 for å fikse hull i døren min. Utrolig uhyggelig at de velger å gjøre noe slikt så seint, nabo rommet klagde.

Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was incredible! However, overall the stay was mediocre - sadly the photos are deceiving and we are surprised this is considered to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is quite “tired” looking and is in need of a renovation. It also has a very damp and musty smell throughout common spaces and within the room.

Mediocre stay
Lovely big room with whirlpool on balcony. Well equipped but terrible damp smell that was so strong and coming from AC. There was a candles burner lit when we entered the room and I realised after I blew it out why it was lit, to hide damp smell. Whirl was lovely though in need of maintenance, really worn as was decking area but we used it and it was relaxing. The only other thing that let it down was check out; we had to wait to check out whilst they radioed house keeping to check our room. Not sure what that was about as never encountered that ever but left us feeling like criminals and delayed us ordering Grab to airport. Staff are lovely otherwise and breakfast was good with lovely views.
