Professional and friendly staff that were willing to assist where needed. Unit was clean although aircon unit looked like it needed a good clean. Bathroom was ok with a few little issues but nothing to worry me considerably. Overall value for money was good and i would go there again.

Cozy and clean room :)
i stayed here for 2 days in Standard double room. Staffs are so kind, room is super cozy and clean. Hot water, clean bed and blanket. but there's not enough room for having meal because table is attached on the wall. Every thing was perfect. stay here :)

Great place to stay
This hotel exceeded my expectations for an ibis budget. The location is great with so many good restaurants, bars, shops, laundry on the Main Street. It is situated in a quiet courtyard with lovely reception and nice pool. Rooms are clean and comfy. Aircon could do with being slightly stronger but was fine. Brekkie has cereal, an egg station and plenty of other options. Overall I’d recommend and would stay again.

We only stayed here for a few hours to freshen up before our flight and to be honest, would not go back for even 20 mins ever again. The room is very, very basic but I suppose that's what you can expect from the price. There are no amenities in the bathroom, no bottled water (even for purchase) available in-room, you're expected to fill a water bottle out in the hallway from a bubbler. No balcony or windows in basic room, and no space for almost anything. Definitely would not recommend for a long stay if you would like to be in comfort.

Realt og greit hotell med romslige rom, meget bra internett, godt renhold, hyggelig betjening og stille. Hotellet ligger i et hyggelig nærområde med mange barer og restauranter, og med god shoppingmuligheter. Kort vei til stranden. Du får mye for pengene.

청결. 조식 신경써야할듯
장점: 위치는 정말 좋음.걸어서 7분거리에 바다있고 호텔바로앞에도 번화가여서 구경하기 좋음. 그리고 바로앞이 편의점인것도 좋음. 호텔로비에선 그랩을 잡을 수 없지만 한 10발자국 걸어나와서 길앞에서 잡으면 됨. 단점: 위치빼곤 딱히.. 5일 머무르면서 룸청소는 매일 해주지만 침대시트는 단한번도 안갈아줌. 동일한 위치에 얼룩이 있었는데 룸청소 왔다가도 정리만 되있지 얼룩 그대로있음. 조식은 최악. 가짓수야 저렴한 호텔이라 4가지정도인거는 불만없는데 맛이 없음. 나시고랭은 니맛도 내맛도 없고, 닭고기는 잡내가 너무 심했음. 이호텔 전에도 저렴한 동급의 호텔에 있었지만 조식은 훨 맛있었음. 여긴 그냥 음식 간 자체가 잘못된듯. 방에 냉장고가 없어서 군데군데 정수기가 있지만 코드를 뽑아놔서 냉수,온수 기능을 못함.그냥 슈퍼가서 500원주고 물 사먹는거 추천

Of the 5 hotels i stayed in this trip, this was the sbsolute cleanest. It was lovely. However, there was no toiletries. A bar of soap to wash hands would have gone a long way! There is no kettle or fridge. They do have one great initiative, instead of free water in room, they have a filtered water bottle stand in hall. 3 on my floor. This dispenses chilled or hot (for coffee) water. Saves on plastic bottles. Fabulous idea

Great but Chinese tourists :/
This was a great hotel, very clean and cheap with amazing location, right next to all the gay bars!!! The only thing negative to say was the fact that there were Chinese tourists being loud when they left for the day at 7am and came back at 9pm. Really there should be rules about this! Anyway sleep with ear plugs and it'll be fine.

Good value in Seminyak. Clean comfortable, can’t really complain about anything for the price I paid. Friendly helpful staff. It is near the bars so some noise at night but I would stay there again. There is also another Ibis on Legian Street if you want it a bit quieter. Perfect place for a few days.

Good budget hotel close to everything
I think you get what you pay for here. The breakfast was ok. There were little ants in the room we stayed in on the beds and in the bathroom. The staff were helpful and offered to move us to a different room so that was good. It was noisy with the live pub music close by but earplugs are handy, I didn't mind because I wanted to be close to everything

The only thing that good in this hotel is the location!!!!! Nothing else. Room was really dirty even the head board has a hand print from the previous guest. Towels really old looks like it was use to clean the floor. The only amenities was the bottled water NOTHING ElSE!!! I asked for the soap and the Staff came to my room to put all in one liquid soap in the dispenser. Electrical problem in my room lights are been on and off like 10X. Never waste your $20 here!

Hotels.com telephone service very unsatisfactory
Hotels.com terrible telephone service. I wanted to cancel one night out of a two night booking and the operator cancelled both and rebooked one day at a higher rate which meant the price for one night was almost at the same price for two nights. So I lost out twice. I am trying to speak to the hotel Ibis in Seminyak Bali to help but not very happy at all.

Great hotel, good location. Nice pool. The only problem is the sound of the nearby clubs at night... soundproofing could be improved a little bit, but not a big problem.

Okay :/
We got there at 6pm. We had 2 rooms booked and they intially gave us 1 rooms as the other one wasn’t ready untill 9pm. They had to change the first room again too and the washroom was broken. The hotel's location is great but cleanliness and service not so good. Breakfast buffet wasn't too good as well.

Nice low price. Great staff. Everyone is very nice. Breakfast good. If you ask for orange juice and an omelet they give it to you. Only complaint is the bed was too hard. But most beds in asia are hard compared to usa hotels. Ill say again in the future.
