The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite our late-night flight and having already checked out, they graciously allowed us to use the hotel shower, for which we are truly grateful. In particular, I would like to commend Dwiki for his outstanding assistance – he was exceptionally helpful.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room's shower head and holder appeared old and loose, and the water pressure changed noticeably after 9 p.m., with no hot water available. The bidet pressure was also quite strong, suggesting a need for a higher quality type.
I'd like to suggest an environmentally friendly addition – the inclusion of kitchen towels. It seems wasteful to continuously use paper to wipe the basin top. Additionally, the placement of the microwave oven was inconvenient, as it was positioned too high. I often had to use a chair to reach it, especially when heating up my food.
Apart from these considerations, the overall experience was satisfactory, and we would still consider it a great place to stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
