     Exclusively located in a private secure complex just metres from the beach, villa feautures four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each complete with a TV and bathtub and the living areas can be fully enclosed for air-conditioned comfort. Our staff can assist with grocery shopping and simple breakfast cooking for free. You just need to pay for the cost of groceries itself (the supermarket receipts will be given to you). 

The space: 

     This four bedroom villa located in residence area, just 2 minutes walk to exotic Batubelig Beach for its sunset cocktails. Boutiques, shops and dining area in Seminyak can be reach within 10 minutes drive. Canggu Club with its new water park only 7 minutes drive away. 

     The master bedroom which is located on the second level features a king sized bed, wooden floors, plasma television, en-suite bathroom, bathtub, separate shower and a private spacious balcony with a separate seating area and daybed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are well-furnished with king-sized bed which can be converted into twin beds if required. 

     Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features stunning en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, fan-cooled and feature plasma televisions with satellite channels and DVD players. The 4th bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king sized bed and a spacious en-suite garden bathroom. 

     The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and is located off the living and dining areas where the resident chef can prepare meals throughout your stay. Outside from the kitchen and living area is the main swimming pool (13.5m x 4.5m) with a wooden deck, sun loungers and umbrellas. 

     There is also a separate bale area with outdoor tables and chairs for poolside dining.
