Trakteer uw gezin op een retraite aan het Cayuga-meer in LongView on the Cove. Gelegen in het hart van de Finger Lakes, halverwege tussen Seneca Falls en Ithaca, wachten je veel avonturen en plezier.

Onlangs gerenoveerd, dit huis met vijf slaapkamers biedt een panoramisch uitzicht op het meer en alle gemakken van thuis. Binnenin omsluiten op maat gemaakte kasten de keukenmuren. Elk oppervlak is geaccentueerd met aanrechtbladen van kwarts en de perfecte glazen achterwand is een extra luxe. Maaltijdbereiding is eenvoudig wanneer u de keuken vindt gevuld met al uw favoriete kook- en bakgerei. Een reis naar de Ithaca Farmers Market, of Sauder's biedt verse producten die niet zullen teleurstellen!

Een open woon- en eetkamer bieden kamerhoge ramen die stralen in de ochtendzon. Moderne grijstinten accentueren het originele houtontwerp van deze ruimte en creëren de perfecte luxe boerderijstijl. In de hoek wikkelt een grijze doorsnede rond de gashaard en biedt de perfecte familieruimte. Uitzicht op het meer en open haard creëren de perfecte ambiance voor deze mooie kamer.

Op de eerste verdieping vindt u een eigen slaapkamer met een queensize bed en uitzicht op de tuin. Een half bad bevindt zich net buiten de gang.

Boven zijn de resterende vier slaapkamers te vinden. De master suite is semi-privé met een eigen badkamer en een extra verborgen slaapkamer gebouwd voor twee extra gasten. Elke slaapkamer boven biedt uitzicht op het meer en gezellige nieuwe bedden.

Buiten is entertainment een briesje met een nieuw gebouwd terras en pergola. Een grote, glooiende tuin leidt naar 200 voet van natuurlijke voorgevel. Breng de dag door met spetteren in het koele water van Cayuga Lake. Een dagtocht naar Ithaca laat je wandelen in Buttermilk of Taughannock Falls, of laat je wandelen in The Commons en winkelen in een van de vele boetieks. Of reis naar het noorden en bezoek Seneca Falls. Geniet van een wandeling over het kanaal, of stop bij het Women's Rights Museum of het Seneca Museum of Waterways & Industry. Amish produceert stands en lokale boerenmarkten zijn er ook in overvloed in omliggende gebieden van Seneca Falls, Waterloo en Ovid, NY. Geïnteresseerd in winkelen tot je erbij neervalt ?! Great Fall Vacation Rental

We spent Thanksgiving with family - the house is spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone to gather, allowing the kids to play and enjoy themselves. The kitchen appliances and tools were adequate, and the bathrooms were clean and roomy. Likewise, the bedrooms had enough space for everyone and were comfortable.

Perfection!

This is the second year in a row for a long weekend at this lovely location. We continue to be impressed with the level of cleanliness, comfort and amenities this rental offers. The view is fantastic and location is perfect for visiting the numerous wineries along Cayuga and Seneca lakes. Very pleased and will be back!

Amazing escape to the Fingerlakes

The house has amazing views of the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks, row boat ,swimming. 5 couples stayed and had plenty of room. We toured wineries, distilleries, boat ride, farmers market. The place is very clean and decorated tastefully. We had a great dinner at Consentino's in Geneva. Very easy access to property except it is hard to find driveway. Larger numbers would help esp at night. Definitely read email from property management company to know what to bring. We will definitely consider visiting again for our annual trip to the Fingerlakes.

Lake house

Was a nice house, great views of the lake but we encountered a few problems including stairs going down to the lake from the house being broken also a hand railing was broken so wife had a hard time getting down to sit by the lake, not sure if this was just because it was the end of summer and they were going to do repairs after but very disappointed we expected more since this was our first rental and was a lot of money for us. There were 3 hornets nest on site, had to watch where grandson stepped. One thing that really bothered us there is a boat dock and a boat was parked there the second day we were there people drove down the side of our house and parked right in front of our view on the lawn in front of lake view, got out of their car left it there for us to look at, walked down to the boat dock and got in the boat and left, while my daughters were sun bathing. After that they wouldnt sun bath, felt very uncomfortable. Asked the people if were the owners, they said no just friends but owner of house lets us keep our boat here. Great we wouldnt of rented this house knowing that others may be around. Gas grill was broken and wouldnt light. Besides the above, nice house, clean, great views.

Boys Trip

Seven of us stayed in this home for a long weekend of fishing and everything was perfect. It was clean, cozy, spacious, and had a great grill, patio, and back yard. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Beautiful and pleasant

We rented this to celebrate a family birthday, and it was the perfect spot for us. House was clean and stocked with the basics. Great for a large group of people. The foozball and ping pong tables were fun! The back deck overlooking the water is fabulous, minus a few insects. One piece of advice: pay very close attention to the email that the property management company sends you because there are some "basics" that the company does not provide. There were no hair dryers. Each bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper max (not enough!) They skimp on pillows (king = 3; queen = 2; twin = 1) and towels. One of the beds did not even have sheets! There are no toiletries in the bathroom or showers. No hand soap in dispensers are provided, so the one bar of soap sits directly on the counter and gets soggy (no soap dish either!). There are no towel racks in the half bath, so the towel just sits on the counter and stays moist. There are absolutely no condiments or things to cook with like olive oil. There are no cleaning products, so we couldn't do a proper clean up in between meals. There were only 2 dishwasher pods for the entire weekend (with a full house we ran the dishwasher after every meal, so need at least 5 pods). There aren't even any board games or cards or books. In summary, this is a great place, and it was our fault for not reading the email about what to expect, BUT...IF I WERE THE OWNERS I WOULD HIRE A DIFFERENT PROPERTY MANAGER. For a "luxury" property, I expect more.

Cozy House with a Spectacular View

We had a group of 9 people and all were comfortable in this cozy house on Cayuga Lake. It is conveniently located near several wineries. The view from this lake house was stunning. Plenty of room for large groups.

Most Lovely Spot!

We recently rented this home for a siblings get-together weekend. All 5 of us repeatedly commented that we could not have asked for a more perfect venue. The house was immaculate and welcoming with every detail seen to in order to make our 4-day weekend enjoyable. The house has very modern appliances and bathrooms, comfortable beds and furnishings, and beautiful sunrises & sunsets from the lovely back deck and waterfront. Extremely pleased! A very nice stay!

The house and grounds were very clean and neat. There is still major construction going on next door but thankfully we were out most of the day and enjoyed quiet time outside in the evenings when the workers were done for the day. As to the house maintenance, I will say that the coffee maker needs a good vinegar cleaning or replacement. But overall, a very pleasant place to vacation.

Relaxing Bachelorette Getaway

This was such a beautiful place, inside and out. The views were stunning. The location was so peaceful. The house was very clean. The only issue was the amount of spiders around the property. The siding was covered with webs(old and new) and the the chairs on the deck had a bunch of webs with spiders as well. Just needs a good power wash. Other than that, book this property! You will not regret it!

Great views, spacious house, a really great get-away

This property is overall great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! There were some small things, however, that we hope are addressed soon but in no way would prevent us from recommend this property. Since a grill and propane were provided, we were expecting grilling tools to be available but they weren't (to be fair, these were not listed on the form sent to us but they also weren't included on the packing checklist form either). The dock is falling apart and should be taken down as it seemed very unsafe (entire pallet sized sections would pop up if you stepped on a board in the right/wrong spot). There was unfortunately construction going on next door from 8am until about 3-4pm every day including the Saturday we were there (this is not something anyone could control but we would have appreciated a heads up that sleeping in and having quiet relaxing mornings was not possible). Last, and very very least, was the grass cutting that occurred exactly 24hours (around 10am) the day before we checked out; given all the construction noise we had to endure, cutting the grass once we checked out would have been greatly appreciated. Regardless, I would still recommend this property as the house was clean and accommodating, the view is fabulous, the lawn offers many opportunities for games, the fire pit provided many fun nights, and the porches were lovely areas for card games and meals.

Perfection

Every year my dearest friend and I go away for our birthdays with our spouses. We have amazing friends who come along for the ride. We have been to Lake Placid- Lake George- but we loved the proximity to our home town from this house. Wine trails were great fun. Made a lot of memories- had a lot of laughs and could not have been happier. The house was absolute perfection - stunning sunrise!!
