The comfort level is off the charts, one of the cleanest VRBO's I've stayed at on a lake. 'Easy overnight and the dogs LOVED the big backyard. Great communication from the host. We were a little dubious driving through a warehouse district until we pulled up to the house and it was perfect. Adorable house, big ol’ yard, and delicious tacos 2 minutes away from Lalo’s Taqueria. Would happily stay again if we ever drive through Joplin. 'Absolutely beautiful property. A diamond in the ruff. Saidly only stayed 3 nights but will definitely be back. A Peaceful and quiet peace of heaven. Sitting on the back deck unplugging from the world listen the the spring river,watching bald eagles flying and having deer walk the bank. Truly 10/10 for this property.'

'House was nice and clean and neighborhood was quiet. No steps from garage into house which was nice since I was using a walker because of a knee problem. Bed in master bedroom quite comfy. My only complaint is that there were no handrails in the shower. As an older person, I appreciate them. The shower was nice. There was food and drinks in the fridge but we did not use any. Unsure if it was for anyone staying there. '

'This place was exactly as listed! The place was beautiful along with the view. We were very pleased with the stay and plan on booking again for the future. The boat dock was easily accessible and was perfect for us to leave the boat in the lake over our stay. It was tucked into a little cove, which allowed for the perfect wave break and we were able to sit out on the dock and fish in the evening. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone staying.'
