'My wife and I are vendors at a local event and try to stay in locally owned B&Bs as well as VRBO establishments rather than hotels. This property was one of our favorites. It was exactly what was advertised, off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. The owner was fantastic with communication and the place was very clean and inviting. I highly recommend it. Thank you for offering this place. We'll be staying here again next year.'

'We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy....

'My husband and I have been going to Tionesta for some time now. He grew up going to a family camp in the area and it is a fabulous place for fishing, hiking, tubing in the summer and just unwinding. 'We loved staying in the Tree House, our visit with Charlie and the little cat! Was a little confused by the website saying to bring your own sheets and towels though, we had brought all that stuff and it was in the cabin, we just used the ones we brought. Hot tub was a nice relaxing time for myself. We would recommend you and probably be staying again in the future. Thank you for a good weekend away, it was much needed!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our quick visit to this beautiful cabin. We loved how close it was to Foxburg! The lake this cabin on is so peaceful and It is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a Nice front porch and the cabin is so cozy. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and so accessible and accommodating. 'The place was beautiful, clean and peaceful. My only suggestions would be to upgrade at least one bed to a queen for larger people. My stepdad is 6' "3" and had a bit of a hard time fitting in the bed. And some larger furniture in the sitting room.
