'Very dirty bad smell throught hotel.Mold in places bed was clean which was a plus but not worth 200 for 2 nights at all.Please hire people who know how to deep clean!!'

'This is a very nice old historic inn. It has a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner, and a bar inside, as well as a shady garden with places to sit outside as you enjoy a drink or food. Nice big porch out front with chairs on it too. Our room had another sitting room in it that was nice to have. Not sure if they all do. 'I like how friendly the staff is honestly and how close the shops are across the street'

'They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside.'

'The room was not cleaned, there were stains and food debris on the sheets, clear signs of bedbugs being present, all metal surfaces were rusted over, the mattresses were damp and sticky, the "staff" was a video kiosk that connected to a call center. Even after not staying in the room at all, and alerting the "staff" of all the issues and that I wanted to cancel my stay (I wasn't in the room for more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave) they refused to refund my money unless they showed me...

'If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!'

'Staff, as always try their best. Unfortunately this property needs a lot of maintenance and it is long overdue for some new towels, sheets, comforters and some renovations. Understanding this is the Key West Inn and we were not expecting 5-star service or facilities, dingy towels/sheets take you back a little bit. Additionally, they advertise that breakfast is included, we did not get breakfast, we rang the bell several times and no one answered, when they finally answered, breakfast was not...

'is for locals ! Spend the extra money! ( if you can) “clean towel” stained also had a long dark hair on it, shower curtain covered in mold. there wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. I could go on but I will not.'

'Hi, I stayed at Quality Inn Hampton, New Port- News in Room 602, from 6/25/26 to 6/27/26. The room was filthy and smelled bad. Sink was clogged, shower had no pressure and only dripped, and the iron sprayed water on my clothes. This was unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund for my stay. Please reimburse my credit card. 'There was nothing to like about this place. A/C was di not reach in the bedroom. Place was full of roaches. Drug addicts hanging around. Sign said no dogs but the room right below me had one barking all night. I had to depart early but no one is in the office until 10. Expedia had this place rated at 7.4. Expedia needs to do a better job vetting their listings. Price was 73 dollars a night.'

I asked to be moved and they couldn’t because they only had one room left and that was the room they gave me . I asked to be moved because my room had to much traffic in front of my room .
