Detached house in a natural setting, in an old hamlet with slate roofs, comprising a small kitchen, a dining room, and a raised living room with three steps (sofa, armchairs, Wi-Fi), and a small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. A six-step staircase leads to two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and sink, the other with two single beds and a sink.
Park your car in the shade behind the house; a parking area with several spaces is available. Outside, on the stone terrace or relaxing in the garden furniture, enjoy the unobstructed views of the surrounding fields and woods!

After your days of sightseeing, you can enjoy the hamlet's swimming pool (saltwater, 12x4m, 1.35m deep, unheated, secured by an alarm, access via a ladder), shared with the owners and three other family homes. Baby equipment available upon request: 1 travel cot and 1 high chair.
Sheets, towels, pool towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Labatut house awaits you in the heart of the Périgord Noir, within the triangle formed by Sarlat, Lascaux, and Les Eyzies.
