Main House

Villa Kalo Ampeli is the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking the ultimate Mediterranean experience. With its southwest orientation, the villa offers breathtaking views of the neighboring island of Milos. It is located just 5 km from the port of Serifos and a short 15-minute walk from the beach. The architecture of the house is simple yet elegant, and it is designed to provide comfort and tranquility for adults, young visitors, and children.

The villa lies in the vicinity of an area designated as a Natura EU program and characterized of exceptional and unspoiled beauty. It’s the Volades, large round rocks just above the villa, which, according to the ancient myth, were thrown by the Cyclops at Ulysses.

Villa Kalo Ampeli can accommodate 10 guests.

Offering a rewarding experience, the main house features three exquisite en-suite sunny bedrooms with sea view. One master suite and two double bedrooms, with built-in beds, pristine white walls and drapes, which create a bright, sun-drenched ambiance with direct access to the pool.

The living room in the main house offers all the amenities that make the guests' stay a delight: wide windows overlooking the sea, a fireplace, TV and a dining area seating 10 guests.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (180 cm), wardrobe, safe, en-suite bathroom, electric ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The other two bedrooms feature queen size beds (160 cm), en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, electric ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Every bathroom offers a rain shower and a hairdryer.

The kitchen equipment consists of built-in hot plates, an oven, a microwave oven, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a mixer, a toaster and an espresso machine.

The lower level provides a gym with table tennis, weights, exercise instruments, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a laundry room, and storage.

Guest House

The villa offers an independent guest house, Anatoli, which can accommodate 4 guests. It consists of a queen-sized bedroom with a dressing room, a private bathroom with a rain shower and a hairdryer, and an open living room with two small double futons. The guestroom is equipped with air-conditioning.


The main house is furnished and decorated in a modern minimal style, with all rooms looking out on the swimming pool and the garden.

The thoughtful arrangement of the interior, combined with the spectacular views and sunset, creates the ideal setting for garden parties. The exterior dining area is stone built and well-protected from the winds accommodating 10 guests, and provides an ideal setting for gatherings. Additionally, the arrangement of the exterior sitting area offers guests a perfect space for creating unforgettable moments.



Surrounding area

Under the main house, there is a traditional BBQ and a round-shaped stone-built oven. The villa offers a private parking area for guests and visitors.


Beach

The beautiful and quiet beach of Kalo Ambeli is only a 15-minute walk through an idyllic path from the villa. The sandy beach, well protected from the north winds, and the clear turquoise waters offer a delightful swim away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is popular among children since it is surrounded by rocks ideal for plunges and climbing.



The Island of Serifos

The port of the island is a five-minute drive from the Kalo Ambeli villa. There one can find supermarkets, butcher shops, bakeries, pharmacies, green groceries and traditional taverns. The island’s capital is easily accessible by car or through the mapped path that offers a memorable walk.
