This rural house has:
- 1 large living room with sofa bed.
- 1 double double room.
- 1 triple room (1 double bed + 1 single high bed).
- 1 double room (2 single beds).
- Full kitchen.
- Porch to enjoy eating, reading or resting while observing nature.
- Swimming pool (summer months only).
You will have access to the entire house, there are no shared spaces, since the entire property, the house and the pool are private. The pool can be used only during the summer months.
You have all the information you need to enjoy your stay available in your reservation. However, you will not be alone, you can always contact me from the platform or by phone to resolve any questions or setbacks that may arise.
The house is located just 2 minutes by car from Serrato or 8 minutes on foot. The farm is located in a privileged area, surrounded by nature and some neighbors scattered a few minutes away. However, you will enjoy complete privacy and no need to control noise.
It is a very quiet area made by and for enjoyment.
The arrival is very simple, everything is paved except the last meters before reaching the house. However, to enjoy this house you will need a car, since, although the house is located just 2 minutes from the town of Serrato, you will find the rest of the towns between 15 and 25 minutes by car.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests is of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each departure.

In addition, it is important that you know that you will have 2 sets of keys and that check-in to the house is autonomous. With 2 games you will have the opportunity to organize yourself better if you are a large group of people.
