As soon as you enter the premises, you will appreciate the brightness of the apartment, its perfectly renovated condition and its elegant, colorful and modern decoration.

On the left of the entrance, an open kitchen equipped with induction plates and a traditional oven as well as an integrated microwave oven, a bar table for 6 people, all the equipment necessary to cook as well as many storage. It also has a refrigerator with freezing tank, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.

The kitchen opens onto a spacious and bright living room with a two -seater sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs. The living room also has storage spaces, a flat screen and a Dvd player.

Large bay windows provide access to a large terrace with a table and several chairs as well as lounge chairs, offering a beautiful view of the sea, ideal for eating with your family after a beautiful sunny day.

To the right of the entrance, a corridor gives access to the bedrooms, the toilets and the shower rooms.

A first room on your left is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps as well as storage spaces.

A second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps as well as storage spaces.
