Excellent hotel! The hotel is very clean, rooms and Lubby included. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

'The Heywood Hotel is located in close proximity to almost everything. There are so many wonderful restaurants nearby along East Cesar Chavez Street and East 6th Street. We also enjoyed shopping and eating on South Congress. The staff was very helpful to us. It was nice to be able to park and the walk to your room is a very short distance. We also took the Austin City Limits theatre tour which was very enjoyable. We chose the Heywood mainly for its close proximity of the Malin meeting...

'Best hotel stay ever. Everything was perfect. It smelled wonderful, the mattress was amazing, the shower was the best, it was super clean, loved the free shuttle to anywhere within 3 miles, valets were wonderful...just nothing to complain about. '

From what it seemed it was at full occupancy but never really waited for anything. Had one of the greatest mini vacations in a very long time. I highly recommend this hotel! Our family will definitely be back to this location!
