Highly recommended!

We loved this condo and location - so much so we’ve already booked our return stay for next year! The location was quiet and comfortable and the condo had all of the amenities we needed. Would highly recommend for family vacations.

Harbour Heights was a lovely condo with an awesome view of the beach. It had all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. It was a very cozy venue and had everything we needed for a very pleasant visit.

Great Stay at Harbour Heights!

We had a wonderful stay at Harbour Heights. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beautiful Seven Mile Beach. The pool area was also a great spot to relax. The property is well-maintained and perfect for a family vacation or a beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Cayman Stay

The condo was perfect size for 2 couples or could work for a couple and children. Loved the access to the beach. Walking distance for restaurants, convenient store. We would definitely consider staying there again. Such a beautiful location!

Loved our time at Harbor Heights

Spectacular time in a beautiful location. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The residence is beautiful, clean and well kept. The grounds are immaculate. You are a few steps away from the beach and pool. Ample seating for resting in the sun. Couldn’t ask for more. If you prefer relaxation and a quieter environment from the resorts, Harbor Heights is the place.

Loved everything!

Diane and Brian have a beautiful, well equipped condo in a great location. They were very quick with their replies and the recommendations they gave for restaurants were fantastic. The condo was very comfortable, which was a godsend because there was 2 full days of continuous wind and rain. Loved everything. Would definitely rent here again.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman at Harbour Heights. Brian’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the water. The pool was an added bonus for the kids. Brian was quick to get back to me with any questions as well.

Paradise!

We had such a wonderful vacation at Harbour Heights 27. The location was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Our older teenage boys were able to easily walk down to all of the action at seven mile beach yet enjoy the quiet end of the beach with us. We were looking for rest and relaxation from our hectic lives and this location did not disappoint. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The office staff was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

Great Seven Mike Beach Location

You know you picked a good VRBO when housekeeping tells you that the complex is one of the nicest properties on the beach. The pool area was large enough for all guests and you didn’t feel cramped like you do at a major hotel. There were lots of chairs at the pool and on the beach and the chairs were comfortable. The condo looked like the pictures. Downstairs was the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Upstairs were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and several spices were in the cabinets as prior guests paid it forward and left what they purchased. The only minor issue we had was the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The bed was a memory foam and it was very stiff. We ended up sleeping in the other bedroom (which had four beds) as the room had a couple softer mattresses. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and the unit is a very strong contender for your next Grand Cayman stay.

Wonderful, relaxing spot for families, or a couple, or a friends getaway!

We've stayed on Grand Cayman many times and found this condo a very comfortable and beautiful place to spend our winter vacation! It is well furnished with everything you need, and can accommodate a small or large family easily. We stayed for several months and had visitors and were there as a couple as well, and the condo was just the right size for both! The balcony is a quiet place to read or eat a meal, and the beach has plenty of sun and shade! No need for a beach umbrella as the trees along the shore are ready to provide protection should you want to linger at the beach all day! This property is located on prestigious 7 Mile Beach, which is the only place to be! The staff is wonderful to work with and you will be able to really relax, and will never want to leave! The food on Grand Cayman is outstanding, some of the best in the world! Our favorites include The Cracked Conch, Hemingway's,Grand Old House and Blue. For a less expensive option try the fish tacos at Sunshine Suites. They have wonderful sliders there too! You will LOVE it at this condo! We loved it so much we are headed back next week! Thank you for sharing this wonderful vacation home!

Perfect Stay!

The location of this property suited us perfectly. I'd say this is the prettiest part of 7 mile beach. The complex is intimate among some larger places with lots of beach front. We felt like we had the property to ourselves. All of the amenities like the pool, the rinse stations, the landscaping, the BBQ grills, cabanas, chairs, etc were in great shape, clean, and in great working order. The condo itself is very comfortable, clean, and conscientiously appointed. There was plenty of quality cooking equipment, a nice coffee maker, nice appliances, nice ceiling fans, nice bathrooms with nice shower heads, etc. We really appreciated the high quality Lenox A/C with dehumidification mode. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, and the place just lived well. For us, this was one of those places that you swear you'll return to. Both in terms of the island and the condo. An added bonus is that there is a restaurant/outdoor bar (Duke's) across the street and a little coffee truck that we walked to every morning called "Happy Days". We walked by the Westin, Kimpton and others in walking distance and saw the rows of chairs and people jockeying for position. In contrast, all of our chairs were front row and only about 1/4 of them were being used. Even the cabanas were empty most of the time. This is a place for tranquil, comfortable peace with no crowds. One more thing...there was security on site and the management staff were very nice and charming.

Great stay!

We spent 10 days in Cayman with our 1.5 year old. This place was the perfect location and accommodation for our stay! Beautiful beach and heated pool right in the backyard! Beach/pool toys provided (in the upstairs closet) were an added convenience.

45 years later . . .

We returned to the island with family for the first time since our honeymoon 45 years ago. So happy we chose this condo in Harbour Heights. Super quiet, private beach, beautiful pool with security on the grounds. Really enjoyed the shaded gazebos - always one available and large enough for 6 of us. This unit has everything you need with cozy and beautiful decor. Owner Brian was very responsive to a maintenance issue which was resolved as quickly as possible. The ocean was just as beautiful as we remembered it, and we would highly recommend this property for your next visit.

Sun, Sea and SCUBA

As Grand Cayman begins to re-open from Covid-19 travel restrictions, this is an excellent option on the quiet end of Seven Mile beach to absorb sun, swim in the sea and set off for SCUBA adventures.

Quarantine Stay

The Property was beautiful and really not a bad place at all to quarantine. The balcony has a beautiful view of the beach so that you can get air. The owner and his wife where accessible at all times if I needed anything and came by to meet me and bought fresh baked bread after quarantine was over. Restaurants, Supermarkets etc... are very close by too. My children and I really loved it!

Perfect Location on Seven Mile Beach

My family of four had a great week, despite the current world situation. Stephen & Niki’s condo is stocked with all the elements needed for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed meals in, took advantage of the supplied pool noodles & the great selection of DVD’s. The beach is just perfect. We hope to return in the future!

Great place to stay

Fantastic location! The property description is accurate and in great shape. It had everything we needed. The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful. Our family enjoyed being steps to the beach. What a beautiful beach! We rented a car which came in handy for trips to the store and restaurants further away. We would definitely come back to SMB and this property. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
