The Grove was clean, modern and comfortable. Overall, we were happy with the facility and the service. That said, a few things to consider. The property does not have a resort feel. More of an apartment building vibe. We never figured out the pool - there is a nice big pool on the website but the pool in our building was a small wading pool. There was mention of a nice pool at the 'other' building but there was no mention of it to us by The Grove staff and we heard about it on the last day and never got the full story. Also, nothing against The Grove but if you plan to do anything other than walk across the street to the beach, you'll need a car, learn the bus system or be ready to shell out for taxis. Most everything you'd want to do is not walkable.

Beautiful facility. Loved the room and rooftop pool. Very easy to get to the beach. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Check in was confusing, there is no office so you need to text them, it would be helpful to have known that prior to arrival. Other than that, loved everything about the place.

We stayed in the new section of the Grove called Cora. It was very nice and modern. Well stocked kitchen. Nice appliances. Great TV. There is a rooftop pool, lounge, hottub and sauna area that was very nice, but the pool is small (maybe 30-36 ft long). Never had to fight for a chair. We had the use of beach umbrella, chair and cooler that we could take to the public beach across the street (5-10 minute walk). This was a bit inconvenient carrying all that stuff. Not ideal for seniors. Nice restaurants (Steak, Greek, Italian, cafe) in the Grove complex, but very expensive (roughly twice the price of similar Canadian restaurants). There is a wharehouse style store at Governors Square just a 10-15 minute walk south, where you can get groceries and other things. The gym is called the Rec Room. Very nice. I enjoyed working out at the gym. It's fully equipped but beware that unless you book direct with the Grove there is a fairly hefty charge to use it. There was no front desk while we were there so you have to communicate by email or text etc if you need to talk to management. Most of the time they were good about answering but not always. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was nice and well organized. On our last day our flight was at 4:30 pm so we asked for a check-out later than 11:00. They said no. We ended up waiting in the room until 2:00 pm for them to pick up our luggage? Guess we could have had a late checkout and enjoyed our last day a bit more after all.

We had such a wonderful experience with our stay. From start to finish, everything was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The space was modern, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. I really appreciated the attention to detail—it made the stay feel welcoming and relaxing. Within 3 mins. walk is the prettiest and most clear beach we have been too. On premises you have two eating options to choose from with very tasty and delicious meals. The accommodations were modern, clean and beach accessibility was 3-5 minute walk down a public access path. The restaurants on premises(ate at 2/4) had excellent service and food was delicious. Enjoyed Island Naturals healthy but yummy offerings. Wait staff very helpful and friendly. Security staff observed often walking the complex although no security /safety concerns. evident. What was an issue was lack of human contact/direction upon arrival and throughout trip. We were delivered to our room , brief <5 mins intro to where things were in room. with directions to contact via text management if anything else arose. There was no directory, map, restaurant listing, transportation access, or suggestions of things to do on the island. There was not even an emergency contact number for medical or maintenance emergencies. We did contact management a few times regarding transportation, excursions etc . Had to wait for responses and basically told to book it ourselves via internet or numerous apps, taxi etc. that there was no person/office at this time as it was under construction. We gathered the most effective information from wait staff or drivers going to/from activities. The beach was beautiful, the food/drink delicious and people delightful. We had a great vacation

We stayed at The Grove Too on our second leg of our trip. The one bedroom room luxury apartment was amazing, clean, big, and modern. The room exceeded our expectations. We were picked up on check in day and brought to the airport when we checked out by the nicest and friendliest driver. This was really convenient as getting a taxi takes time and you would need to have roaming enabled on your phone to call the cab companies. We were stoked that the unit had its own washer & dryer, it was very convenient versus taking home a bunch of dirty laundry since we had another destination from Grand Cayman to go to. The location is not beach front, however, it didn’t take long to walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes. The Grove Too had lounge chairs and umbrellas to use if you choose to bring them to the beach. We didn’t use them because of the walk, but I’m sure it wouldn’t be an issue to other folks. It’s a quick walk to an outdoor mall where they have a 24 hour convenience store, gym, restaurants and shops. The building is brand new, so there were no public trash cans around the common areas yet, but we were able to give our trash to one of the hotel staff. The staff were overall friendly. Note that the set up is similar to AirB&B, there is no front desk, and you communicate with the staff via text from 9am-4pm only. What would make this place shine brighter is if they had a dedicated golf cart to shuttle guests to and from the beach if bringing lounge chairs.

The room was great, everything was really new and clean. The staff that takes you to and from the airport, were very kind and my introduction into my room was great, but my issue with my stay was the fact that there was construction being done on the entire building and in numerous rooms surrounding. there were multiple times during my stay where I would be awoken by extremely loud construction noises. I was also not aware that I would be staying in a building separate from all of the restaurants, gym, and grocery store. Though it was only a short walk to the main building. It was still an inconvenience. I was made aware once I got there that I was not provided gym access because I didn’t book through the website, even though that was not made clear whatsoever. I contacted staff to resolve this issue, considering the gym amenity was very important to me, and my text was ignored. I was told that the pool in my building would be done with construction during the middle of my stay, but construction never concluded. The room itself was really nice, but I believe a lot of the website is false advertisement. It was just across the street from the beach, which was very convenient. They also provided beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towel towels. Overall, I’m just disappointed with being placed in a separate building, poor customer service regarding the gym, construction throughout my entire day, and the unavailability of the gym.

Pick up at the airport was excellent. The room was minimalist in design. There was no in room phone which I find astonishing and in the case of any emergency was a very serious omission. Surprisingly , there was no information in the room about services or how to contact the staff. We were unaware whether there was an office that you could visit to ask questions about room cleaning ,or change of bedding and towels etc. Advised by email before check out of what time to leave and to just leave the room key in the unlocked apartment when we left. Local shop and restaurant were very good. Parking was no problem and the room was quiet.

A short walk to the beach (one with actual sand and not rocks), close places to dine, and a 24-hour store onsite to make purchases. The room was wonderful and FULLY stocked with everything you could think of...from kitchen utensils, beach chairs/umbrella, board games, and a washer/dryer. Driver picked us up at the airport and took time to go over the room with us. Location is nice as it is not super close to the cruise boat traffic however it is a quick bus ride to the activities if you so choose. Only complaint would be I wished the workout room below our room opened a wee bit later. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location is fabulous. Right on seven Mile Beach, across the street from the beach and restaurants and a bike rental shop steps away from the apartment. Communication with the host was good, airport transfer to and hotel was good. Great walk ability to basically everything. Only frustrating thing was the Expedia ad was a bit misleading. Showed photos of the gym and had the gym included as an amenity. However, it was $50 per day US per person to use it which was not advertised anywhere. If someone did want to pay for the gym, it looked like a great facility. Also, there was a pool, but it is very very small. They didn’t bother us as much given the location to the beach and ocean. Overall, we would book back, but would book direct through the Grove to gain free gym access and better pricing.

This was a positively gorgeous room! It was comfortable and very well appointed. We enjoyed the vibrancy of the various businesses located on site and also the quiet and lovely courtyard setting being just a block off of the beach. Lovely rooftop pool and the staff was very courteous and attentive. Absolutely would recommend to anyone planning a visit to Grand Cayman. We will be back for sure!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in — comfortable, stylish, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host - Christian, and the property manager - Bryan. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, they graciously allowed us to stay longer, which completely took the stress out of the situation. That level of kindness and flexibility meant so much to us and turned what could have been a headache into just a little extra vacation time. You can tell that they genuinely care about guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is seamless. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Absolute great time there for 14 days. Rooms were perfect for us and in an easy 4 minute walk we were setup on a beautiful beach. Staff was great to us providing all we needed or asked for. Christian and Brian gave us awesome food recommendations. Thanks for all you did guys and the drinks too. Looking forward to returning.
