Dit appartement is gelegen op Plantation Village op een geweldige locatie op Seven Mile Beach. Alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand.

Het appartement geeft u de mogelijkheid om het gevoel alsof je thuis bent, terwijl u geniet van al het plezier van het zijn op vakantie. Door te kiezen voor ons appartement, zult u drie slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een wasserij, en een volledige keuken!

Uniek aan onze condo - appartement met drie slaapkamers met drie kingsize bedden.

De Master heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met een bad / douche combinatie. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een king size bed (nieuw juni 2014) met openslaande deuren waardoor een prachtig uitzicht. De derde slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en dan nog een eenpersoonsbed (kamer 3 personen). Er is ook een koningin slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Het resort beschikt over twee zwembaden - een groot zwembad met uitzicht op zee en een nog groter zwembad met mooie functies. Er is ook een verlichte tennisbaan, veel groene ruimte en Plantation Village is het enige complex op Seven Mile naar een speeltuin bogen. Plantation Village heeft ook kajaks en fietsen voor uw gebruik - beide gratis! Er zijn ook 2 grillen gebieden voor gebruik op het terrein met grote Weber gas grills.

Veel details zijn in overweging genomen om u te helpen zich thuis te voelen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met alle basics evenals een aantal leuke extra's, zoals een koffiezetapparaat, een set van wijnglazen, schalen en messenblok om er maar een paar te noemen. Er is van hoge kwaliteit beddengoed en handdoeken te zorgen dat u comfortabel in alle aspecten. Ook willen wij u en uw kostbaarheden zich veilig voelen, zodat u een kluis in het appartement te vinden.

We zijn volledig voorbereid voor uw kleintjes - wieg, kinderstoel en strand speelgoed, snorkel uitrusting en tennisrackets om ze bezig te houden. De badkamer heeft een bad en douche, die vaak nuttig zijn voor gezinnen met kinderen.

Dit appartement is op een geweldige locatie! U kunt direct snorkelen in de voorzijde van het complex en de toegang tot alle andere watersporten (jetskiën, parasailing, bananenboot, kajakken, etc.) door middel van een korte wandeling naar het Marriott hotel.

Een bezoek aan Cayman is niet compleet zonder een bezoek aan Stingray City. Touroperators zullen halen u op bij de flat om u naar Stingray City of Scuba Diving. Ook op loopafstand is de nieuwste ontwikkeling Cayman, Camana Bay, waar u de bioscoop, winkels, restaurants, en een leuke traktatie van ijs of bevroren yoghurt te vinden. Ons appartement is ook op de bus route voor eenvoudige toegang tot het centrum van George Town of de hel en de Turtle Farm in West Bay. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen of 3 minuten op de bus. Loop een manier en bus naar huis.

Houd er rekening mee dat we meestal een huurperiode van zaterdag tot zaterdag voor dit appartement nodig hebben. Kan echter flexibel zijn, afhankelijk van de data. Neem contact met ons op als u vragen over uw datums heeft.

Family Staycation

We’re a local family of three generations. The unit with 3 king beds and a twin bed was perfect for us. The kids (15, 14, 5) loved the pools. The screen patio offered wonderful ocean views and spectacular sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

Staying at this wonderful condo with that view was absolute heaven and we will for sure stay here again! I spend a great amount of time researching places to stay when we travel, and I want to share some things that I "wish I knew" but 100% did not take away from our holiday!Condo: It is HUGE and well equipped. It could use a deep clean but was not a big deal. The beds are HEAVEN. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. There's a beach cooler too.Balcony: the view is spectacular! But I was disappointed that the loungers that are in the photos have been replaced with 2 patio chairs. I was looking forward to reading on those loungers, but the chairs were comfortable. The balcony is screened in also but didn't take away from the view.Beach: the beach right in front is washed away with only a small beach on the side (perfect sunset location). There were 4 beach chairs, but they have seen better days. We bought and left an umbrella too, which was great on the beaches.Please don't take anything I said as a critique, just things I wish I'd known! We will absolutely stay here again (and again, and again...)!

Best stay ever!

We came with another family for a week in paradise and that’s exactly what we got. We ate breakfast on the porch every morning while watching the cruise ships arrive and enjoyed the sunset view every night! The unit had everything we could possibly want or need which made this trip absolutely perfect! The welcome guide provided by the host was so complete we felt like we knew the island before we ever got here (alcohol is every bit as expensive as we were warned). I do wish there was a slightly bigger beach area but I imagine that will be fixed soon. Having the pool right there was perfect for a few drinks and a spectacular sunset view (of course we got the same great view from our screened in porch)! Looking forward to our next trip down!

Perfect for 7 people

We stayed at the condo with 3 couples and a kid and had plenty of space. Loved the beds Pool was perfect Great location Unfortunately there’s no real beach (maybe 15 feet of sand then tons of rocks) but you can’t beat the price!! I would recommend they add hooks or somewhere to hang towels and wet items inside.

Outstanding condo with fantastic views

The owners did a great job on logistics - best overview book of any previous stay. Tons of restaurants close by- week was fantastic. The only reason I gave a 4 to location is that this portion of 7 mile beach is gone To erosion so you have to either walk or drive about a mile to the closest sandy beach.

Photos were misleading

Location was close to many restaurants and we loved the view of the pool and ocean. However, the condo was very worn...broken and chipped tiles, broken blinds, old furniture. The new patio furniture that was in the photo was not present. The VRBO photos were quite misleading. Instead we had uncomfortable teak furniture/table with no cushions. The kitchen was very small, only room for one person at a time. The patio screens and floors were not very clean on arrival. There was no beach, just rocky outcroppings, so we had to scale a wall to get to an area where we could walk to a lagoon where we could hang out and swim. We did appreciate modern towels in good supply and comfortable beds and bedding. Overall, the condo seemed dated and inadequately maintained, but location was good for our family's needs.

Our Cayman trip was an absolute blast. The complex pretty much in the center of everything. 20 min drive to west bay and 1 hr drive to rum point. Short drive to Gerogetown and we even took the birds from our complex to Georgetown and back. Our view of the ocean was great from the patio, the little beach was easy to get to and pool was nice and relaxing. A couple of things that I wasn't fond of was the communication between myself and the host. I would reach out in advance and wouldn't hear from her and would send multiple messages. I had asked for early check in a week in adnvance, we had arrived to the complex, and still hadn't heard anything from the host. My in laws were also staying at the complex so we were able to put our bags there, and we asked the front desk if they had heard anything about our room being ready. About 20 min after the desk contacted the host I received an email stating we could go in and a note once we got in the room to not go through the front desk. I wish the communication was a bit better. As for the place the place matched the pictures, but the cleanliness in the kitchen was a bit disappointing, we had grabbed the cutting board but the cutting board had bugs on it and the coffee maker once we had let the water go throguh it once had a bunch of gunk come out of it so coffee maker was not used. Our sink in our master bathroom kept clogging and had to hold the stopper up every single time. Our trip was great but communication could have been better

First Visit To Grand Cayman

A wonderful, very hot, memory-filled vacation with family. The condo was nice and true to pictures. The kitchen was quite a bit smaller than expected but everything was well-stocked. We did have an issue with TV's not connecting to cable channels but spoke with Christy who is having issue resolved. We spent minimal time watching Netflix so it wasn't a big deal. The location made it easy to get to several snorkeling and tour locations. The beach at The resort is minimal but some good snorkeling right off shore. Overall we had a great time and were pleased with our stay. Thanks Christy for working with us throughout the process!

Great location on 7MB!

Our family of seven had a wonderful vacation in Cayman at Plantation Village. The location on 7-Mile beach was very convenient. There’s a Foster’s 5 minutes north and Kirk’s is 3 mins south for groceries. Across the street is Coconut Joe’s—it’s the best little restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Plantation property is well maintained and easy to navigate. There's a beautiful view of the sunset every night. If you have any questions at all about the property or the island, the manager in the office is very helpful and can answer any of your questions. The unit itself was very nice and our view of the pool and ocean was just gorgeous. There was pool and snorkel gear to borrow in a container on the porch (we discovered this mid-week). The unit managers were very responsive any time we had a question or need. We all loved our beds and there were plenty of both bath and pool towels for our needs. We met some nice families who have owned time shares at PV for 30 years! Our only disappointment with the property is there is no beach to walk. We were able to swim and snorkel off the small beach, but it's very rocky, so you can't stand at all. But we knew that going in and still had a great time! We rented a car (which I'd definitely recommend) and drove to a nearby public beach when we wanted a good beach day. Overall, we would definitely recommend this unit! Our family had a wonderful time there and would definitely go back.

You will have sunsets every night!

Great condo with a sunset every night. The balcony faces the ocean and smaller pool. You get shade from the setting sun in the afternoon on one half of the balcony or move to the other half and see the sunset every night. Condo was clean and everything worked. Host was responsive when I had questions. Great location on 7 mile beach, 5-10 minute walk in either direction to restaurants. You can call a taxi yourself or the front desk will do it for you. Hopping on busses from the location is easy as well (and cheap). There is not a ton of beach in front of the condo but it was plenty for our 11 and 13 year old since we snorkeled. People also do not claim chairs all day so finding a spot by the pool or in the chairs in the sand at the beach is easy There is a beach with a ton of sand and a rock walled off water area about 3 minutes away by foot. Check the box on the balcony for tons of water gear to use. Paddle boards and kayaks are also available by the beach entrance for free! Cannot wait to come back.

25th annual trip with the same group

We have been traveling to warmer places in the winter for 25 years. Grand Cayman Island would be very high on our list! Great location for our stay! Lots of good places to eat and drink. Coconut Joes was really close. Probably our favorite. We would also recommend Lloyds Smoke house. Definitely will be back.

Great location for family trip

Nice condo right by the water! We spent a lot of time on the screened porch listening to the waves. Kitchen was a little small but not a big deal. Very nice having 3 kind beds which most condos don't have. Even with the beach erosion here, there was still a small beach at plantation village. Great for little kids to play and for snorkeling. Owners were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent! Great Communication!

This was our first time in the Cayman Islands. The properly was perfect for us. We used the pool, BBQ grills, snorkled right off the condo. The condo was spacious and very clean. There was always a parking place. People at the condo were friendly. The only downside of the Cayman Island was the price of resturants and booze ($100 for 1.75 of Jack Daniels.. yikes). Chirsty did warn us about these prices, so i wasn't a surprise until we were standing at the cash register lol.... Either way.. highly recommend the condo. If we go back.. we would stay here again! Thanks

Plantation Village Experience!

We enjoyed being at Plantation Village during the 2nd week of January 2023 and blessed with incredible weather the entire stay. Our condo unit was clean, comfortable and had easy access to the beach and pool. And, had all of the necessary toys.....bikes (great quality), paddle boards and kayaks! All with easy accces. The host and complex office manager were accessible and alway available to answer questions and provide guidance. The only thing that could be more transparent is the access to the water and beach. Essentially, there is no beach and especially @ high tide. And, getting in the water can be somewhat risky as it is very rocky and unstable. I think the situation needs to be fixed or the messaging on the website needs to indicate the opportunity for relaxing near the water is on the pool deck. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend if having a beach and accessibility to the ocean is not a high priority. Auburn Bell

Family Fun!

We loved your property - our whole family (8 of us) enjoyed hanging out on the wonderful porch with such an amazing view! Location could not be any better - 7 Mile Beach, close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to almost everything including George Town. Of course our kids loved access to the BIRDS (motorized scooters) which were everywhere - It was great fun!
