Prima gratis parkeren .Prachtig verzorgde tuin met veel bloemen .Weinig touristische informatie ( geen ).Koffie niet goed en koud .Ontbijt niet zo goed verzorgd . (koude borden waardoor het vet stolt van de bacon and eggs ) .Rare prijzen afjankelijk van de dag van de week .

Great free parking. Beautifully groomed garden with lots of flowers. Little tourist information (no) .Coffie not good and cold. Breakfast not so well taken care of. (cold plates that pride the fat of the bacon and eggs) .Rare prices depending on the day of the week. Dear Guest, We value all feedback left by guests and I would like to thank you for taking the time to rate your stay. I am so glad you appreciated the hotels free parking, and beautiful grounds. Our gardening and maintenance team work very hard to ensure the outside space is well maintained. I would like to apologise that breakfast didn't exceed your expectations. We have recently changed the logistics of our breakfast service to ensure we have hot plates. We operate on a flexible rate basis which does mean that each nights price is different depending on availability. Easy check in, quite area. Fantistic bar staff Yassine very friendly helpful man, he went above and beyond to help. Room was clean, comfortably, very warm. Good choice for breakfast, lovely Evelyn looked after us all, very friendly and helpful. We were a big party, nothing was a problem.

We booked two rooms but when we arrived, the hotel could only find the booking for one room. While they did resolve the issue, the customer service wasn’t great. The front reception staff could definitely do with some customer service training. We were told that a wedding had been booked and that it would be noisy on the Saturday night. It was VERY noisy in the Friday night. A full domestic argument took place outside our room. Considering we made this booking in October 2022, I think the hotel should have told us prior to checkin that a wedding would be taking place and that there would be a lot of noise. It’s a bit late to tell you that once you are checking in. The way they told us was with a tone of ‘like it or lump it’. Disappointing experience. Would not stay here again.

Nettes Landhotel!
Sehr nettes Hotel. Waren hier zum zweiten mal. Falls man Kent und auch London erkunden will, kann man das durchaus von hier machen. Die Zimmer sind groß, Frühstück ist gut, und die Bar mit Service ist sehr gut.

The price the hotel provided for a wedding party was more expensive than on other sites. The staffing on site was bare minimum . Lady on reception was not interested in assisting customers . Room was tired stains on window sill . No fridge even though there is a cupboard for it not a four star hotel . Breakfast was good though

Clean & comfortable hotel
We had a lovely weekend break. A very clean relaxing and comfortable hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and egg’s cooked to order, we ate in the restaurant on Saturday evening, good honest food at a reasonable price. Only downside was not enough staff, had to wait to check in and for bar service although the staff were friendly and welcoming

Very welcoming hotel with clean rooms, there is everything you need… However the service is shocking, you que to get checked in, we want to the bar to order food and after 10 min of no one arriving decided to try the restaurant. Again 10 min after being seated without our drink orders being taken we decided to go to the amazing pub down the road

A reasonable welcome was received upon arrival. It took us a minute or two to work out how the lights etc worked. Mould in the shower, which leaked at the bottom of the screen and made the bathroom floor all wet. Stains on wall of room, main table (top) was loose and 'flopped' all over the place. Phone(s) were dirty. Breakfast ok, sausages rubbish, the only good thing is they would cook your egg to order. We asked for 1 firmer pillow and was told - ' We don't have any others, was not offered another (extra) pillow' This is supposed to be a 4* Hotel - NO WAY !! For the money, a 'RIP OFF' !! You would be much better staying at a Premier Inn / Holiday - Which I think are really, really good.

Excellent customer service
My husband and I stayed for a night enroute to a birthday celebration. The service was excellent throughout: the staff the perfect balance of friendly and professional, the rooms nicely set out and very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Nice for one night stay
Very nice one night stay. We stayed on the evening of the Queen's funeral, so the hotel was very quiet but fine. There is plenty of space outside so fine for outside eating and hotel is set up for ordering drinks and food via QR code from the table. Executive room TV had a number of channels which did not work but this was not a problem to us.

Excellent location for the nearby wedding we attended and the hotel itself was fine and the service very good. Good menu too.
