Bij wandelen in Livin 'on Mountain Time, het adembenemende uitzicht op de bergen rokerige binnen Shagbark toevlucht nemen je meteen naar een plek waar de tijd is niet relevant. Het enige wat in verband is waar om te ontspannen en te genieten van het natuurschoon en vergezichten Livin on Mountain Time biedt.

Gelegen in het prachtige Shagbark Resort in het gebied van de Vallei van de Walden Creek / Wear's, Livin op Mountain Time ligt net buiten Pigeon Forge, TN en zorgt voor de veiligheid en beveiliging van een 24-uurs gated bewaker shack, en u kunt genieten van de toegang tot de prachtige gemeenschap tennis rechtbanken of het zwembad voor uw plezier! het zal niet lang duren voor u om te ontspannen en te krijgen over een plek dat is alles wat je eigen.
Bij het binnenkomen van de begane grond van onze hut, wordt u omringd door 2 verhaal puntgevels ramen dat je een constante uitzicht op de prachtige Smoky Mountains geven direct buiten het multilevel, verpakt dekken. U vindt er een volledig ingerichte keuken met afwasmachine en kasten gevuld vol van gerechten en pannen om de hele familie te voeden. Een ruime woonkamer heeft een mooie vloer tot plafond gestapelde stenen open haard met een volledig gemoderniseerd entertainment aanbod met flatscreen led-tv en surround sound, met een slaapbank en lederen meubels om te ontspannen op. De master bedroom en de bijbehorende badkamer bieden een flatscreen-tv en een kingsize bed voor uw eigen rustige vakantie. De Master bad is voorzien van een jacuzzi met aparte douche voor die perfecte ontspanning tijd, terwijl u Livin on Mountain Time!

Hoofd buiten voor het grillen, swingen op de log schommel of schop terug en live it up in de Hot Tub op onze bovenste verdieping dek. Er is ruimte voor het hele gezin te genieten van zoete berg bries en een adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen. Na een regen, luister naar de kreek die meandert over rotsen en keien zich net onder de cabine en wanneer het wordt gecombineerd voorzieningen het dek is, kan het Livin maken op Mountain Time een absoluut dromerige prioriteit.

Net boven in het hok is een king suite waar de vroege vogels zijn begiftigd met een prachtig uitzicht ochtend of als je wilt slapen in een mooie dag dat je gewoon verbazen met naturen schoonheid. Begeleidend de slaapkamer op de vliering is een meester formaat badkamer met een jacuzzi bad en douche staan.

Voor meer plezier en vermaak, risicokapitaal beneden voor een spelletje pool, checkers en een assortiment van bestuur en videospelletjes of schop terug op de uittrekbare slaapbank om films of NFL zondag ticket kijken op het grote LED-55 "TV. Ook op dit niveau zijn twee thema-queen size slaapkamers, en een full size wasmachine en droger is voorzien voor uw gemak. Of gemak naar buiten en luieren in de hangmat of de tabellen die zijn voorzien voor uw verblijf en ontspannen vredig in afzondering, terwijl beneden.

The property is quiet which if you've never been to Pigeon Forge before like myself is very nice. It's what I would consider the end of the road. There's a road that goes past the cabin but it's undesirable to drive on and I recommend turning and backing into the parking area and go back the way you came in. It's not a terrible drive into town but the roads in the mountains are skinnier so slow down and pay attention. We had a few items that the Owners/Summit dealt with promptly so I appreciate that. We had 7 people stay. 2 upstairs in the loft and that was nice but I would recommend either tinting the window to match the other windows or provide a window covering as it's very bright in the morning. We had 2 on the main floor and 1 teen in each basement bedroom and 1 child on the basement couchbed. Hot tub was clean and the property was clean when we arrived. I would also recommend for a longer stay 7 days+ you ask about garbage pickup. On our final day we ran out of room in the lockable dumpsters and had to walk up to another location or leave it out for the bears kinda situation. The home had a few of your basic amenities to get you through a day or two but if you stay longer you'd definitely need pickup your own toiletries and dishwasher soap, laundry soap etc especially if you have more than a couple people. The free tickets are emailed in a link and you just purchase tickets through that link and can purchase just the free ticket. Overall it was a great time.

Beautiful View

The cabin was nice plenty of room for family. Hot tub did not heat and calling to get help was useless. Chair in the living room was broken when we arrived. Seemed like a lot of deferred maintenance Overall we enjoyed our trip cabin was nice and was stocked with what you need for the most part. No toilet paper or laundry detergent. If you needed help it was hard to get. Cabin was supposedly equipped with an Alexa for help, everything we asked, we got the response of. I’m sorry I can’t help with that. We were supposed to be able to use it to check out and that didn’t work either. We will look for a different management group next time.

Let's start with cons since it's why most of us read reviews. Caution: plan to arrive during daylight hours as the house is probably the last cabin on the mountain which will scare you to death at night because the road is very narrow, no lighting and a good way up some VERY STEEP inclines. Parking area can only fit three cars/SUVs Caution: look for snakes as we stumbled upon copperhead under the trash can containers. Maintenance did come out and got him redirected but still something to be precautious about. The deck could use some updating as cushions are worn, paint is chipping and could knock down some of the excess spiderwebs. Inside is a little smaller than pictures and the king bed loft area has zero privacy as it is over the main level. Vacuuming doesn't seem to be a mandatory thing for cleaners as some others stated from previous posts. Kitchen dishes, cookware not organized or labeled to find certain items, located wherever a spot is available, mixed matched items like you would see at goodwill. NOT enough extra trash bags Sofa cushions shift, not comfortable at all and all throw pillows in the home should be replaced, very old and overused, another goodwill find. Bathrooms and kitchen very dated, could use a makeover. Because not everything is negative: Beautiful view, authentic cabin feel, very isolated, clean towels/sheets. Dollar general/market not far for any forgotten items and groceries. Main attractions 20 mins away. Overall satisfied

2024 Family Vacation to the Smoky Mountains

Great cabin location with room for 8+. Large outside decks and plenty of seating, plus one bear checking out the area. Everything worked and had no issues. Close to Pigeon Forge and area activities.

Overall a Good Stay

The cabin is nice and the space is great for a large group. We enjoyed the hot tub and the deck space. The drive up to the cabin from the gate is a curvy one lane so that's something to note. Our biggest issue is that getting into the gate is a hassle. They are not friendly at all. I was sent the wrong person's (literally had the wrong name on it) barcode. The link didn't work when registering two of our vehicles so between that and the gatekeeper being unfriendly, it was a hassle getting in. When we called to get them registered, the people on the phone also were a little sarcastic about it (like it was our fault when they sent me someone else's registration info). Other than that, the trip was pleasant. We also were happy that the end of trip cleaning responsibilities were not quite as rigorous as some places, which makes sense since cleaning fees are charged.

Great view of the mountains

Overall good experience. Beautiful views and privacy is great. Only issues were the clear lack of maintenance on certain parts. For example, the reclinable couch is held together by 1 bolt. If it pops off, the couch is off center and does not fold back up correctly. Bathroom door on upstairs loft is broken. Bottom hinge is completely off. These issues were easily overlooked, yet they’re issues that should be corrected. Outside, the property has lots of random trash around the house. It would be upsetting to be charged for something like this. Otherwise, great family living space. The cabin is well hidden. Lastly, on call personnel were exceptionally nice. They accommodated very well. Would rent again no question.

Fantastic stay!

Everything about Livin on Mountain Time was just as described. The whole family enjoyed their stay. The beds were super comfy and amenities were great. Location of property was close to everything! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation as it was our first time visiting Tennessee. Thank you!

Nice Cabin

The cabin was nice, but definitely in need of some updating. It’s also pretty isolated and includes some very steep roads. The upstairs living room furniture is very worn as well as the outdoor deck cushions. We had 3 bears come visit one night and 1 the next day; who even came up on the deck and looked in the window at us. We enjoyed the free attraction tickets offered by Summit Cabin Rentals and would definitely rent from them again. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Lots of little things could make this place amazing!

Got to cabin and it wasn’t cleaned yet, so sat out on the deck (Not super warm) because we were told cleaning crew was on their way. Finally got into the cabin an hour and a half later (5:30pm)Everything appeared clean but we found a broken balloon, a fake eyelash stuck to the floor, a gummie bear, a puzzle piece all in the floor that I would think would have been found even if a things were vacuumed or swept. One of the outdoor heaters was broken, tried to tell the cleaning crew. The hot tub was drained and refilled but they never turned it on so when we went to use it it was freezing cold. Took us a bit to figure out how to turn on the living room TV - 3 remotes - directions would have been wonderful :) More information on amenities would have helped. Keurig, Crock Pot available etc. A can opener would be helpful as well…… We made due with what was there :) Beds were clean and comfortable as well as the bathrooms. All in all the space was wonderful and was a wonderful vacation!

LOT TO BE DESIRED!

Overall - barely okay. Deck needs MAJOR maintenance; poor maintenance shows lack of care for Guests. Oven handle right side fell off; fixed it. Edge of Formica counter in kitchen is loose. Ad states sleeps 12. We had 10 people. Not enough dishes and utensils to feed 12; had to use plastic utensils. Volume of sound bar in living room NOT very loud; could not increase volume. No "Rental Guide" in cabin to explain electronics, etc. Spent 25 minutes trying to get TV turned on. Table in eating area in no way seats 10 or 12. Had to feed meals at two different tables. Would not recommend this cabin to anyone UNTIL cabin is maintained properly and owners want to impress their Guests!

Nice Property but lacked some basic items

A beautiful property in the Smokey Mountains. We enjoyed our stay overall, but the property lacked some basic items, like towels to dry dishes. Also, the cleaning crew turned up the temperature on the refrigerator and freezer and it took 24 hours for them to return to a cool temperature to store food. Overall, a great stay - would definitely stay again.

The road to this cabin was dangerously narrow and in places straight up. Cabin is in need of a thorough cleaning and needs updates. The decks are very dangerous for small children because many of the spindles on the railing have broke free from the 2x4. Our Grandson come close to his death from top balcony when he leaned on 2 with his hands on them and 2 poped off. And on lower deck it looks like the upper deck is about to collapse where the hot tub is.

Family vacation

Booking & check in was easy and I received all of the details we needed in a timely manner before arriving. The property was nice and clean yet we had to get mouse traps after we seen a few mice on our first night.. we called the 1-800 number to get in touch with the property manager before leaving the premises. We booked hotel for the night. We heard back from the property manager the next day and was told pest control would come out to the property. We bought our own traps just in case and caught 3 mice over our next two days. Overall the place was peaceful other than the mice and we had everything we needed.
