Bear's Den biedt alle gemakken van thuis (en meer) maar met een uitzicht waar je altijd al van hebt gedroomd!

De woonkamer beschikt over kathedraal plafonds en kamerbreed glas om te genieten van het prachtige berglandschap samen met een grote HD-televisie met dvd-speler, een gestapelde stenen elektrische open haard voor een kille of romantische avond en een comfortabele sectionele met een slaapbank.

De grote slaapkamer heeft een rustiek, logbed met een kingsize bed en een stenen open haard en een romantische jacuzzi in hartvorm, geïnspireerd op de romantiek. Om uw verblijf nog gedenkwaardiger te maken, heeft u een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen vanaf de glazen wand in de slaapkamer.

Boven in het hok vind je veel te doen voor de lol in de speelkamer, die een Pac Man-arcade bevat met in totaal 60 spellen, een ride-on racespel en NFL Blitz. Alle spellen zijn ingesteld op gratis spelen. Je hebt ook een pooltafel, airhockey en tafelvoetbaltafels. Wanneer u moe wordt, kunt u uitrusten en opladen op het kingsize bed van de loft of een film kijken op de tv / dvd-speler en genieten van de elektrische open haard.

Via de slaapkamer en uit op het dek, kunt u genieten van de premium jacuzzi jacuzzi en gewoon genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen!

Dit is waar je ook toegang hebt tot het lagere niveau waar je je extra slaapkamer vindt met een queen size bed, open haard en HD-televisie met dvd-speler en meer games die bestaan uit scat cat skee ball, lil hoops basketbal en Arctic Thunder sneeuwscooterracen ! (spellen zijn allemaal ingesteld op gratis spelen)

Beter nog, je zult ook je eigen priv��-theaterruimte vinden met een 135-inch scherm en 6 pluche theaterstoelen die comfortabel genoeg zijn voor zelfs de langste trilogieën! Let op: om toegang te krijgen tot het lagere niveau (theater en koningin slaapkamer met badkamer), moeten gasten naar buiten lopen naar het overdekte dek en naar beneden. Voor de meeste mensen is dit geen probleem, maar als u niet naar buiten wilt gaan op het achterdek om naar dit lagere niveau te gaan, raden we deze hut niet aan.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. There was plenty of stuff to do there without out leaving. Enjoyed seeing the bears! The jacuzzi and hot tub was awesome! Such an amazing place! We will definitely be returning!

It was my husband and I 's 24th Anniversary. The heart shape tub was super romantic and the games were tons of fun. After a beautiful Anniversary dinner we came back and had a private movie date in the theatre. We loved the house. We loved our visit! Only complaint is the master bed wasnt very comfortable but we Would definitely visit again.

Cabin was beautiful, easy check in. Needs a good cleaning especially the floors. Outside large spiders hanging in the windows & around the swing and hot tub not good when your kid is terrified of spiders. So we didnt get to utilize those features. My wife and I couldn’t decide on what score to leave, so we compromised – we’re leaving the 3-star she thinks it deserves but I’m the one leaving the review (with her proofreading approval). One positive - the staff were responsive. Maintenance guy was cool even late on Saturday night and office staff answered phone calls promptly. Now, that’s nearly everything I have to say that’s positive, everything else is negative: • Wifi password sent in email was out of date. • Upstairs bath sink was nearly completely clogged. • Upstairs bath toilet seat was loose (serious pet-peeve about sitting down & slewing to the side). • Washing machine was seriously slimed and nasty. • Overall the inside was just filthy – dirt and spider droppings, seriously dusty headboard, downstairs theatre floor filthy & small dirty stadium seats vs large comfy chairs shown in listing, filthy air vents. • Overall the outside was trashy, previous hot tub cover just tossed into the woods. • Kitchen was dirty – we had to clean it and most of the pots before use. • Hot tub on back deck never got used – the rest of the place was so filthy we didn’t trust the water/steam. • At least half the video games were broken or so very close to it that they weren’t really enjoyable. • A ceiling fan light couldn’t be shut off (had to unscrew light bulbs). • The front porch light wouldn’t go out, light in my eyes all night on the sofa. In all a huge disappointment, it needs serious cleaning & some maintenance.

Cabin has great potential with a little TLC

The location and cabin were great, our only complaint would be the cleanliness of the cabin, underneath the master bed were pieces of what looked the be cubes of gum (not chewed) and a lot of dust and the exterior of the cabin had so many cobwebs/spider webs that have been there for quite some time, that really need to be addressed to make this a perfect cabin, As for the listing stating Mountain View’s, that is not true, this is a cabin in the woods.

Before booking and after reading reviews, I took into account I have 5 kids of my own, so a little dust and messy is ok. This property was filthy. Dust, trash, and random things under beds became the joke of the long weekend. Luckily, we are a "well, whatever" kind of family. Getting to the cabin was fun (some say scary). We anticipated the steep accent, made it fine. Oncoming motorist were kind enough to share the tiny roads. Cabin was stocked nicely for pots, pans, essentials (my average rating). The bears visiting was a highlight! My biggest hangup was the pictures do not reflect what you get. The main living room couch is not a sectional. My hubby said, " pretty sure my great aunt had this couch and loveseat". The theater room is not recliners as listed in the pictures. They are sticky, peeling stadium seats that have probably not been cleaned or cared for since my birth. We had issues with the wifi, special instructions from Angie, were incorrect. You know, i could type a diatribe on our stay. However, we made the most of it. Just want everyone to know, its really dirty. Some games do not work, and the only quiet space is the game room. If you were a previous guest and missing your house shoes, they are still under the bed.

Nice place to stay, but

Overall this was a nice cabin, but the cleaning crew could do better and some maintenance concerns needed. The trash cage needs bolted down and a better latch needs installed. Bears rolled the cage into the side of our Jeep giving it it's first dent and scratchs. There were plent of cobwebs and dust throughout but it is a cabin in the woods! But since there was a pricy cleaning fee, I'd expect it to be cleaner.

You’ll see some bears

Good place, needs deep cleaning and most of the games didn’t work, hot tub is ancient. Definitely up in the mountains and you will see some bear. All in all a good place and trip.

The biggest disappointment

I rented this place because it said it had a Mountain View, The pictures that they used to get people to rent this cabin don’t represent the view there. I have never left such a bad review in my life. I usually can see the best in everything. I would of never rented this cabin if I knew the view it had (none), the only reason someone would rent a cabin in the mountains is for the view, otherwise you would stay on ground level in the woods. I feel the photos they used was so deceiving on their part and I’m not sure I will use Vrbo again!!! This was just so wrong on their part. It’s like a bait and switch or fraud !!

Beautiful Cabin

Amazing cabin that will definitely keep you entertained will all the activities. Pretty close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved seeing the momma bear and her cubs come to the cabin in the morning. Would 100% recommend to other family and friends!

Vacation of a lifetime

We loved the cabin. We loved driving all the way up the mountain. We loved how close it was to the Smoky National Park. The cabin was amazing. Plenty to do for all ages. The adults loved the pool table and the kids loved the arcade games and the theater!!!! We would definitely stay again!

Nice experience and get away.

Needed more attention on the floors being moped due to dirty or black feet, couldn’t go barefooted. Also there’s a lot of cobwebs on all levels of the front and back porch. Other than that we had a great time and kids did as well with the proved games.

We had a good time, but there are definitely pros and cons to staying at this place. We would not stay again due to the various issues. Pros- great view, management responded quickly when we sent them texts Cons- place was filthy (needs at least 2 days to be deep-cleaned, pictures in listing do not match the actual cabin (different couch, kitchen table, theater chairs, etc), one of the games was broken and could not be fixed, projector was broken and could not use theater room at all

Nice stay, needs some improvement

We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable and was plenty of room. The only thing that would have made it better would have been having paddles for air hockey with the padding on the bottom. Also having chalk for the pool table. The property manager was great if we had a problem such as with the internet like we did they were willing to help right away. I think the most exciting part though was having bears come right up to the cabin! Not too horrible of a drive to pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. The roadways are really steep though. We were happy that the parking for the cabin was a flat surface. Overall we had a great time.

Cabin is beautiful location was a bit further up the mountain than I thought but awesome. 3rd bedroom was more or less in a basement along with the home theatre which was not expected. Listing said 2 bedrooms with extra bed upstairs in the game room. Overall stay was nice and cozy. Great feedback from property management.

This place was filthy, my feet were black in 5 minutes,cob webs through out.And we watched the cleaning girl leave. There was no mop in her hands when she left.. Most of the games, where either broken or missing pieces,s you couldn't play.The best part was the family of bears everyday with our coffee in the morning and evening on the upper deck.
