The View-topia looks over the Smokies and has over 1000 square feet of deck that overlooks Mtn LeConte. View-topia is a dog friendly cabin (with pet fee $95 per pet, advance approval required).

★ MAIN LEVEL ★
Upon arrival, you'll climb a few steps to reach View-topia. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area featuring a large 70-inch Smart HDTV over the electric fireplace, a leather sleeper sofa, and a leather loveseat. The entire front of the cabin is adorned with glass windows, providing panoramic views of the mountains. The 12-foot double sliding doors lead to a large wrap-around deck. The fully equipped kitchen features black stainless steel appliances.

★ DECK ★
Don’t miss the chance to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or stargazing from the hot tub! The deck also offers amazing views of Mount Leconte from poly wood tables and chairs, and a gas fire pit. There’s a gas BBQ grill with all the necessary amenities. For safety, we do not provide propane, but provide propane tanks for guests to fill as needed during their stay. Plus - our fenced deck allows your furry friends to relax and enjoy the mountain views with you.

Unwind in the luxurious King bed while enjoying your favorite shows on a large 50-inch HDTV. Pamper yourself in the spa-like bathroom, featuring a large sink-in tub and a walk-in shower with invigorating body sprays and a relaxing rain shower.

★ BONUS LOFT AREA ★
The loft is a cozy retreat with a queen-size mattress and a TV, offering an incredible view that will take your breath away.

★ ENTERTAINMENT ★
The game area is a fun-filled paradise, complete with a shuffleboard and a tabletop arcade.

View-topia offers a stunning blend of comfort and beauty, ideal for a solo trip, a couple, or a family of 4 to 6.

***★ PET POLICY★***
We welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly cabin. We adore cats and we are cat parents ourselves, but cats are not permitted in the View-topia - we want to ensure that guests who have cat allergies can continue to enjoy it.

$95 fee PER PET to two dogs. We welcome dogs of any size but must be potty-trained and crate-trained. Pets must be approved in advance. Your pet fee is due 48 hours before check in. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

If View-topia is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furnitures.
