Great cabin, close to town centers. 5 stars across the board, except for the view of the mountains. The tree foliage obstructed it but I bet it is awesome in the fall and winter. I would definitely stay again.

The overall look of the property was great. Layout was great. The hot tub was amazing. The hosts were very responsive to any and all questions we had. We had the opportunity to see momma bear and her cubs while at the cabin. Our family had a great stay. The roads are a bit challenging but manageable. Overall our family had a great stay and would rent again.

Negatief: Locatie
Very clean and very smooth check in process, the floors seemed a little worse for wear, and the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The drive up to the cabin was also sketchy at times but that can be expected in the mountains. Overall it was ok

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was neat and clean, and check-in was very smooth. The kitchen had everything needed and the bathrooms were stocked with a large supply of towels. We enjoyed the hot tub, the peaceful neighborhood, and it was a great place to relax after spending the day in the Smokies. Responses from property managers was also extremely prompt and courteous.

Great Getaway

My wife and I stayed for the weekend and lived our stay. The property was safe, quiet, and fulfilled all of our needs for our stay. Emmanuel and Valeria communicated effectively and promptly and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We would return to stay again from our experience with them.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We asked to stay an additional night and they quickly said yes and made it happen. We also noticed we had no propane for the fire pit and they were quick to respond giving us 2 options to do it ourselves and they would reimburse or their handyman come and replace. The house was clean and cozy, perfect for our family of 3.
