  • Cherokee Sunset is een charmante hut met een spectaculair uitzicht op de bergen in een rustige omgeving.

    Het hoogste niveau biedt een aantrekkelijke woonkamer met een pluche sofa voor een gezellige open haard op gas. Er is een 55-inch HDTV met rechtstreekse tv, waaronder HD-programmering met HBO, een dvd-speler met vijf schijven en surround sound en een tafelvoetbaltafel. De volledig uitgeruste keuken is compleet met een ontbijtbar voor twee en een eettafel met stoelen voor zes personen. De slaapkamer is ingesloten en beschikt over een queensize bed, een dressoir en een complete badkamer met bad en douche. Voor uw gemak is er ook een wasruimte met een wasmachine / droger.

    Op de bovenste verdieping van de hut is er een open spelzolder en de tweede slaapkamer. De spelzolder heeft een pooltafel en een bank. De omsloten tweede slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een ladekast, een 32-inch HDTV en een complete badkamer met alleen een douche. Voor de ultieme ontspannende ervaring stapt u op het dek, waar u uw zorgen op de veranda kunt wegspoelen of naar het volledige dek kunt gaan en kunt ontspannen in de hot tub.

Christmas Vacation

The stay overall was good. The description of the view was misleading, as our view was trees. We got several dirty dishes out of the cabinets. The dishwasher was not run properly prior to our arrival so it had water sitting in it and smelled terrible.

Beautiful cabin

Overall, our stay was amazing! The cabin was perfect for our 4 children and my husband and I! We enjoyed the pool table and foosball and the location was excellent with some beautiful views! We did have a couple run ins with bats being in the cabin, but we opened the doors and they flew right out and when on the phone with management, they were working to get someone out there to help us. But it gives us a good story to tell and we laughed like we hadn’t laughed before!! We are from the country so we know this stuff happens!! But we made awesome memories!

Not worth the price

The leading picture is in accurate, there are no beautiful views from upstairs. The double pane windows are shot and fogged up. The pool table needs to be recovered. The dart game was no useable, missing tips for darts or tips don’t fit the board. The upstairs is possible structurally compromised. My 9 year old was the first to go upstairs and quickly came back down when the floor started bouncing. Every step you take in the open area upstairs the floor moves, don’t jump or drop anything. Looking at the base boards you can see the floor is sagging. The mattress upstairs is worn out, think the one we saw on the interstate was in better shape. The bed makes so much squeaking noise when you get in or reposition in the middle of the night. Do NOT lean on the deck railing. The center post is NOT attached well. There are several spindles not attached as well. The fireplace would not come on, despite staying before the cut off date of April 1st. Tried calling the company that has the property listed with these issues, and just kept on hold. We had better things to do than be on hold. I am sure we missed it in the listing, but don’t stay here if you plan to work while away. The location does NOT have WiFi. Not sure how we missed it when booking. We were able to do a bit of work from our phones hotspot, but nothing is fast with 1 bar of service. We loved the location, about 20 mins from pigeon forge. Close enough, but it was quiet at night when we wanted to relax.

Pretty Good Experience

Cabin was a pretty good experience overall. Location is central to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, etc). Secluded location and pretty good views. The primary photo on the site of the pool room with the beautiful view is very deceiving. The large windows were permanently foggy and couldn’t see out them very well which was disappointing. We used the kitchen a lot and the jacuzzi (which is ok).

Great family vacation!

Our family loved this cabin! The loft was perfect for our children and the hot tub was a nice way to end each day. Very clean, spacious, and the view from upstairs was amazing! We’d highly recommend.

Nice quiet cabin

The cabin was definitely secluded, there is one cabin right behind, but still very quiet & private. Hot tub on the porch away from everything else. The cabin was nice, only issue was one of the floorboards in the loft - it was covered by a piece of foam, I thought had just fallen off the dart board - NOPE, the board had some nails coming up, so the foam was there to protect feet (I'm assuming.) I only tripped over the foam twice :) Overall a super nice company - check in process was great, employees were very friendly. Check out was even easier, just had to call them and tell them we were leaving. We would definitely book with Timber Tops & Amazing Views again!

Overall it was a good cabin, my biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the cabin. There was a piles of dirt and a sock under the couch from whoever stayed before. And the floors turned my socks amd feet black from them not being clean. Also not having wifi was an inconvenience

Cherokee Sunset

This is a very nice cabin rental as described. Just be aware this unit does not have wifi if you require a connection during your stay. Very quiet location offering a reasonable amount of privacy. It was a little further out than expected but I was not familiar with the area prior to booking. Be sure to use directions sent with your reservation confirmation because gps does not recognize the address to the cabin. Overall good stay, would rent again.
