The Space:
Located within a peaceful, treelined neighborhood, you’ll be secluded enough from the hustle and bustle of the more high-traffic areas of the city while being within a quick drive of everything on your checklist of to-dos and sees. The Parkway will be your direct route to all the fun and entertainment of the destinations of downtown Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Be sure to drop by the Sevier County Courthouse to snap a selfie with the life-size statue of country music legend Dolly Parton, afterward heading over to Dollywood for a fun-filled day of roller coasters, rides, and live shows. More family-friendly activities await in Gatlinburg, such as Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, one of the top-rated aquariums in the U.S.

Famous country singer, Dolly Parton, was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, the family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 9 miles from the home. If you’re looking to shop till you drop, the town and surrounding areas are dotted with galleries, boutiques, antique malls, flea markets, and so much more! Whether you’re chasing waterfalls, seeking out the best southern BBQ, or just wingin’ it, you’re sure to enjoy all of your time in the gorgeous Smoky Mountains.

Our stay was fabulous, house laid out perfectly, with room for everyone (10) to sit together for meals, wonderful beds, kitchen & play room downstairs. Large fenced yard for water balloon fun with the children & dogs. Highly recommend Dolly's Darlin for family stays, it's perfect in every way!
