• Maximum occupancy is seven guests.

• Parking is limited to three vehicles.

• Parties and events are not permitted.

• Only registered guests are allowed at the property.

• The pool, boat dock, boat ramp, playground and clubhouse are shared resort amenities.

• Community amenities may be seasonal or temporarily unavailable.

• Boats and trailers must follow Douglas Lake Resort parking rules.

• Children must be supervised around the loft, decks, hot tub, pool and lake.

• The cabin is located in a wooded mountain area, so guests may occasionally encounter insects or wildlife.

Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.

• No smoking or vaping inside the cabin

• No unauthorized guests

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

• Maximum of three vehicles

• Do not move indoor furniture

• Children must be supervised around the loft and hot tub

• Guests must follow all Douglas Lake Resort rules

• Place all trash in the designated containers

• Leave the cabin reasonably clean and secure all doors when departing

Guests have private access to the entire cabin and will enter using a convenient keyless entry system.

Your personalized entry code will be provided before arrival.

Guests may also use the Douglas Lake Resort community amenities during the resort's published operating seasons and hours.

American Way Cabin sits inside Douglas Lake Resort in Sevierville, Tennessee, a quiet wooded community right on Douglas Lake in the Great Smoky Mountains. It's a short drive to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, and to attractions including Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, and The Island in Pigeon Forge.



Getting Around:

A car is required to reach the cabin and get around the area; there is no public transit nearby. The nearest major airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS), about 44 miles away. Dollywood is about 16 miles, downtown Gatlinburg about 24 miles, and The Island in Pigeon Forge about 18 miles from the cabin.
