Welcome to Sequoyah Manor, a 12-bedroom luxury cabin that provides the perfect space to bring your entire family together.

Located in the popular Preserve Resort on “the peaceful side of the smokies”, you will be close enough to Pigeon Forge to enjoy all the attractions but far enough away to benefit from the peace and quiet.

Located in a prime spot at the top of the resort means you will enjoy breath-taking views from every angle and a quick easy walk to the resort pool and pavilion.

Just imagine sipping your morning coffee from one of the large decks overlooking the gorgeous mountain range or relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while breathing in the invigorating mountain air.

Three large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

Everyone will love their accommodations in one of our 12 bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped. We offer eleven king suites and one bunk room and each room benefits from its own ensuite private bathroom. When you stay at Sequoyah Manor there’s no arguing over who has the best bedroom – they’re all the best!

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped double kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu. The two large dining tables provide plenty of space for your entire family to break bread together.

When you’re not out exploring all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, you can spend time chilling and chatting, challenging one another to a game of pool, air hockey or Foosball or watching your favorite movie in the lower-level den with its 70" flat screen TV with sound bar and comfortable couch seating.

Whether your idea of the perfect getaway is action packed days or relaxing peace and quiet, Sequoyah Manor has it all!

Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience free admissions to some of the area's most popular attractions are included - with a daily value of $640. You will receive one free ticket per day per group to each of the following: Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Skyland Ranch, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Beyond the Lens, Country Tonite, Big Creek Expeditions, Top Jump, Crave Golf, Paula Deen’s Adventure Park, Legacy Zipline, Alcatraz East Crime Museum, Rocky Top Coaster, Rowdy Bear Snow Park, Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Comedy Barn and The Grand Majestic Theater. Good Cabin!

This cabin has great space for large groups to spread out. We had a total of 36 people and did not feel on top of each other at all. We did have to do a little cleaning, but overlooked much. Cabin has a fantastic view! If you have a large group you are cooking for, you probably should bring a large skillet or two. There are plenty of crockpots. And several smaller skillets, but not a good large one.

We had about 50 people staying at this beautiful cabin and it was exactly what we needed. The house was spacious, with plenty of rooms and sleeping space, and perfect for a large group. Thomas was an amazing host and communicated perfectly with me as we navigated a winter storm during our stay.

Family Christmas

We have a large family. Ages 1-75 and a total of 28. Getting together for Christmas at a cabin is a tradition and it’s also the main gift to everyone. This was our first time using this company and the experience was great. Absolutely no issues. Communication with the host was excellent. The cabin was very well stocked with kitchen equipment. Wonderful place for making memories.

Delightful stay at Sequoyah Manor

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of air conditioning, hot water, and even internet bandwidth for a group of 24 ages 2 to 72. The house is located close to the community pool, a grassy area, and a pavilion. Lots of people have stayed here - some things are not in perfect condition - but nothing that disturbed our stay. Once we got used to the resident bears, we enjoyed their visits.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful week. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The house had breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains. The property manager was easy to reach via text and very quick to respond on any questions or issues. Good amount of parking in front of the house. We made most of our meals there and between the two stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers it worked really well.

Great House for large groups

Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Large kitchen was great and adequate for our 46 person group. Living spaces were enough to gather and provide entertainment. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

The cabin needs a few updates. A few of the tables need to be sanded down and refinished. They were sticky and nothing we could do to remove the stickiness. The Air Hockey table didn't work that good plus has a big dent. One of the couches was torn. Other than that everything else was great.

Beautiful cabin with incredible views...

We enjoyed ourselves in this spacious cabin. It was clean and had everything we didn't think we needed. The views were breathtaking and the pictures don't do it justice. We would definitely stay again!

We had family from all over the US come. It was great having a place where everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Each of the 3 levels has something fun to do: pool table, hot tub, video games and more. Very comfortable digs!

AMAZING!!

i worked with the property management for months prior to our trip. answered questions within hours, always responsive. house is amazing ! we had 30 people with ages ranging from 5 months - 63 and everyone enjoyed there-self. check in was easy and when we had an issue regarding 1 of the toilets maintenance was there in an hour. Loved loved loved ! We will for sure return!

Nice well stocked cabin perfect for family reunion!

This cabin is great! Very well stocked! The best thing is that there is a bathroom for each bedroom! So awesome to rent for a family reunion. Rated it a 4 star instead of 5 star because our family always enjoys the playing games at cabin but at this cabin, it really needs a new pool table. It is very old! The air hockey table is completely junk. It needs to be thrown out and get a new one. The foosball table is also junk. The online listing claims it has game tables but the only one you can really halfway play is the pool table, so the listing is inaccurate. With a cabin that size coming with such a big group, it’d be nice to have a better game room. It has plenty of space to add arcade games so I think that should be taken into consideration being that the cabin is that big. All of that can be fixed and if it was it would deserve a 5 star for sure. The check in process was amazingly easy. We have had trouble with check in processes with different companies before but this one was great! We have rented large cabins for our big family for so many years and we definitely can tell what cabin is great and what isn’t.

Great place with a few problems

The location was great, the view was exceptional, loved the spacious rooms and private bathrooms and the common areas were well done. The biggest issue was a roach infestation, 100s of them dead and alive, mostly in the kitchen and everyone reported seeing small ones in the bathrooms. Management did what they could and left some roach spray, but not much else they could do since we were already occupying the property with no where else to go. They said they hired a pest control company to come out after we left, so hopefully it is cleared up for the next people. It was rather unnerving at times. The other issues was that the description said there were 2 hot tubs, which is one reason why we booked, but there was only 1 when we got there. The other one looks like it was removed. Otherwise the check-in and check-out was great. Management was responsive. Be sure to bring extra garbage bags, laundry det, dishwashing det, toilet paper and paper towels. Definitely not enough to get through our 4 days.
