The Waterfall Patio



The fire pit patio is the soul of the retreat. Flames glow softly as the waterfall cascades before you, its sound rolling through the mountain air. Evenings here stretch long, filled with conversation and laughter against a backdrop that feels almost unreal. In the mornings, mist rises from the falls as you sip coffee and watch the mountains wake. Four bedrooms face this view, so the waterfall is never far—it anchors your stay from first light to nightfall.





The Galaxy Pool



By day, the pool is alive with laughter and play. Kids splash, friends float, and everyone gathers to enjoy time together in the warm water. By night, the room transforms—constellations scatter across the ceiling while the northern lights ripple overhead. Rooftop Terrace & Theater



High above the trees, the rooftop terrace opens to sweeping Smoky Mountain views. The fun doesn’t stop at the water’s edge. Inside, an epic game room delivers hours of entertainment, with arcade favorites like Pac-Man, Big Buck Hunter, and Fast & Furious racing, plus shuffleboard, pool, and Boomerang Air Hockey. All games are free - no quarters are required!



Step outside and the energy continues with your own putt-putt golf course and cornhole boards for friendly competition. And when it’s time to capture the moment, strike a pose in front of the glowing grass wall proudly declaring “Living the Good Life.”





The Relaxing Hot Tub



After a fun day, relax in the private hot tub overlooking the trees on the back of the house. It's completely drained, cleaned and refilled before every check in and is on the back of the house for privacy.

With eight en-suite bedrooms, every guest enjoys space and privacy. Seven king suites (three with pull-out beds) provide comfort and flexibility. The queen-over-queen bunk room - with XL twin trundles under each bunk bed - and even a tube slide turns bedtime into an adventure. Two living areas means plenty of room to spread out: one with vaulted ceilings for gatherings, and another anchored by a cozy fireplace for nights spent winding down together.
