'The Mountain House' is de perfecte luxe hut voor u en uw gezin om te genieten van uw Smoky Mountain uitje. Gelegen in het prestigieuze Covered Bridge Resort, bent u slechts 5-10 minuten verwijderd van de Parkway en dicht bij alle attracties die Pigeon Forge en Gatlinburg te bieden hebben. Op slechts 5 minuten van de beroemde Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster en Goats on the Roof, dicht bij Tanger Outlets en Dollywood, kunt u overal in korte tijd komen!
Houd je niet van de bochtige bergwegen? Deze volledig ingerichte hut is absoluut degene voor u met een extreem gemakkelijke toegang en nog steeds een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen vanuit zowel de veranda als de slaapkamers.

In de cabine vindt u een grote slaapkamer op het hoogste niveau met een kingsize bed, een badkamer en een grote jacuzzi. De tweede slaapkamer is boven en bevat twee queensize bedden en een badkamer. Onze gezellige woonkamer beneden bevat ook een tweepersoons slaapbank voor extra gasten, een love-seat, een elektrische open haard en een gemonteerde flatscreen-tv. Ook op het hoogste niveau vindt u een volledig ingerichte keuken met roestvrijstalen apparaten, een koffiezetapparaat, een grote tafel voor uw hele gezin, evenals een wasmachine en droger.
Als u ervoor kiest om tijd in de cabine door te brengen, hebben we een grote collectie dvd's, boeken, bord- en kaartspellen, een playstation 2 met spelletjes en een tv in elke kamer. Het hok bevat ook een pooltafel, een arcadespel met 150 spellen en een dartbord.

Regen of zonneschijn, kom genieten van ons beschutte achterdek en ontspan in ons grote bubbelbad, sauna of schommelstoelen. U kunt ook genieten van koken op de grill en dineren op de picknicktafel. In de zomerdagen is het zwembad van het resort ook open voor onze gasten.

Tennessee new year vacation!

Cabin very easily accessible and very close to main attractions. Very cute layout. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub was the largest I’ve ever had at any cabin I’ve rented. Owners very nice and prompt to answer questions.

Gatlinburg cabin

The property was in an excellent location. It was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cleanliness was great. The shower in the downstairs bathroom drained slowly and the toilet upstairs does not flush on the first try. The tv in Master bedroom did not work. Other than these items we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend! We did have a bit of a problem finding the house number because it was tucked back off the curb.

Great location, nice cabin, great communication from the owners

The cabin is in the perfect location, not far from activities and town. Is was clean, just a few very minor things that arent necessary to even mention. The owners were very responsive to messages and helpful. Google directions to the address take you somewhere way different but of you follow the directions in the virbo direcrions, they take you right there without any issues.

Excellent!

An awesome place to stay! The location of the area is great, and the cabin is located in a little nook of the hillside. Couldn’t really see any amazing views, but we didn’t mind that. The place was clean, stocked and had plenty of space. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with! I appreciate that. Our only complaint is that a Sauna was listed as an amenity and pictures of it were in listing, however the sauna wasn’t there during our stay. Assuming it was removed for some reason. Kind of a bummed because the old men were excited for it, but the hot tub worked perfectly fine! Overall, would definitely go back! Thanks owners.

Great Location, perfect size for our family of 5!

Perfect location! Short drive to the parkway and easy drive to get to the house. Our 3 kids enjoyed the arcade games and the pool table, as well as the hot tub! We did have a few general complaints. There were no darts for the dart board, a few pool sticks were broken upon arrival, dishes were left in the dishwasher, and there was store bought baked goods in the cabinet from a previous tenant. With the exception of the bedroom furniture, most of the other furniture needs to be replaced as it is very worn down (chairs are wobbly, sofas are very worn down.) Also, the sauna is no longer at this property, but was still pictured.

We had a great stay. The cabin was super clean and had all the items we needed. Only thing I would recommend is bring your own pillows and blankets (if you are cold natured). There is no extra and only two pillows per bed. We are extra pillow people!

New years getaway

Cabin was adorable. There was room for our family and enough table space to make it cozy eating meals together. The hot tub was working and we used it several times a day. Our only complaint was that we needed more silverware and utensils. 5 forks for 8 people. Plenty of cooking utensils though. Definitely needs a new can opener, finally found an electric one tucked way back in the corner. Dishwasher didn't get dishes clean, wound up washing by hand. Other than those small inconvenience, we had a wonderful stay. Older folks should note that the entrance has steep steps to get in. We had enough room to park 2 big trucks and strong backs to get up the stairs just fine. All my questions were answered by the owners before our stay and we would definitely like ro stay here again. Located out of all the traffic which was great. Thanks for a wonderful place to begin 2023.

Bed had two pillows with no pillow cases. All the furniture in the photos has since been replaced with different pieces that are terribly uncomfortable and low backs. The most comfortable place to sit was outside. No toilet paper. The maid came to clean it when we got there and had to bring bed sheets because there weren’t any on the bed.

Needs a lot of TLC

Washer was broken. Maintenance never came to even try to fix it. Bring your own TP, soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. There was so little of that stuff we had to go to the store the first night on property. We were staying for 5 days. Had it only been 1 night, it would have been ok. Found dead cockroaches and lots of dust and other peoples stuff under the bed/couch/chairs/etc. Couch bed is a complete joke. My 2 year old couldn’t even sleep on it bc the springs poke you everywhere. The handrail to the stairs outside is so wobbly my mom almost fell multiple times trying to hold onto it to help her walk up/down the stairs. This is a fantastic location and has great potential! The house is pretty and looks nice as long as you don’t look at little details and see how the owners aren’t taking care of the house. The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. The jet tub drain takes forever to drain, but it is a nice jet tub. I think the drain is clogged. We loved staying in a house rather than a hotel, but due to the conditions of the house, next year we will rent somewhere else. I was hoping to have a good experience and come back each year, but the owners/maintenance don’t take care of the property. This property needs a lot of TLC! The owners were kind to talk to on the phone, but ultimately couldn’t solve any of the problems we encountered.

None of the amenities worked and that's including remotes for tvs.

Very unhappy. The hosts were very nice and apologetic but to come on a short getaway and book a house just for the hot tub and sauna, then to have it not work, is unacceptable. We never once got to use either one. No light bulbs on front or back porch. No batteries in any of the remotes, so we couldn't use TVs. Worse experience ever and will not rent this Cabin again. No referrals will be given and if asked, my review I just left will be exactly what I say.

Perfect for us!

The cabin was the perfect fit for our family of 5. Myself, my husband and out 3 boys. The boys really enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. Great location! Very close to everything. Look forward to going back.

Was a nice little cabin. A lot of dust and cob webs. Some of the jets in the hot tub didn’t work and it didn’t have a cover. Had some light bulbs out. Pool table was in ruff shape. Overall we had a good time. Probably wouldn’t stay at that exact cabin again. Needs some TLC. Location was very close to everything.
