Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire house to themselves. So you can enjoy a peaceful getaway in the picturesque mountains surrounding the house, or be as loud as you want with friends and family without the worry that you will wake the neighbors.



The Neighborhood:

Although the home is secluded in a quiet, rural neighborhood, you are just minutes away from all the attractions in the Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Guests can enjoy a morning hike, then a fun-filled day at Dollywood, and dinner at The Island before returning to the cabin and relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine.



Getting Around:

This home is ideally located just outside of Pigeon Forge and away from all the traffic. It is just 10 miles from Dollywood, and ~8 miles from downtown Gatlinburg or the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Guests can use old highway 454 (Bird's Creek Road) to get around faster and avoid all the congestion. This home also has a private driveway with parking for 6+ cars. The main road up the hill to the house is a single-lane, gravel road, and it can be bumpy after heavy rains.



Other Things to Note:

This is a spacious, modern farmhouse situated just east of Pigeon Forge. The home has five bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 additional kitchenettes, 2 decks, a theatre room, hot tub and countless other amenities. There is plenty of room for multigenerational families, multiple families, or large groups of friends. There are also plenty of things for younger kids to do downstairs, while the adults have their own space upstairs.



Unfortunately, WiFi service is incredibly limited in this area and we have unsuccessfully exhausted every available option to improve it. So, there is WiFi available at the house, but it is very slow and cuts out occasionally. Consequently, it is definitely not strong enough to host zoom calls for work, or stream movies/TV shows. We do provide Direct TV throughout the house, and have cables so you can watch downloaded shows from your Apple devices. It is also important to note that the cell reception is weak at the cabin. We typically get two bars of service on any major carrier network.



Please note, bears have been cited in the area. So we advise all guests to be cautious and careful at the cabin.
