The Space:

Morning light settles over the surrounding hills, the wind whispering through the trees as you step onto the balcony and take in the sweeping mountain view. Inside, the glow of the fireplace and the gentle warmth of the heated indoor pool invite you to linger, whether you’re starting the day with a swim or winding down in the hot tub as the sun dips behind the peaks. The chalet’s spacious layout offers room for both quiet moments and lively gatherings, creating a home‑like retreat in the heart of the mountains.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, the chalet provides five private bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces for up to 20 guests. On the first floor a bedroom features a queen bed beside a bathroom with dual entry that also serves the pool and theater areas. Two guest suites on the second floor each contain a king bed; one includes a sleeper sofa, while the other shares its ensuite bathroom with the living room. The top level holds a guest suite with a king bed and another suite with a king bed plus a queen‑over‑queen bunk bed. The game room adds a twin‑over‑twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa, with access to a full bathroom.



Indoor amenities

The indoor pool stays comfortably warm at 82 °F all year, and the hot tub offers a soothing soak after a day of adventure. A private indoor theater with an 85‑inch screen and sound system makes movie nights effortless, while the game room is stocked with a console, arcade games, shuffleboard and space for friendly competition. Children will love the dedicated playroom and theme room. Essentials such as wifi, a dedicated workspace, TV, room‑darkening shades, washer, dryer, heating and air conditioning keep everyday life smooth.



Kitchen & dining

A fully appointed kitchen on the second floor handles meals for large groups, with a dining table for gathering after exploring the area. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, mini fridge, toaster and blender. A coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, silverware and wine glasses round out the conveniences.



Outdoor living

Even in cooler weather the fire pit becomes a natural gathering spot, and the balcony offers elevated mountain views. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ grill provide options for sunny moments when the weather allows.



Resort access

Guests share access to Smith Creek Reserve amenities such as a lazy river, infinity pool, communal hot tubs, outdoor movie theater, lifesize games, pickleball court, mini‑golf, cabanas and a putting green, adding variety throughout the year.

Located just one mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, the chalet sits within the Smith Creek Reserve where roads are easy to navigate with no steep inclines. NEED MORE SPACE?

We have 8 properties in the Smith Creek Reserve resort and we can accommodate your group of up to 180 guests all within walking distance of each other and we also offer side by side cabins if you need more than 1 cabin. Ask us for additional info.



Restricted Check In/Out Days - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. You may not check in our out on these holiday days.



Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and other extras we like to surprise you with.
