Hot tub didn't work when we first arrived. Owner responded very timely but ultimately took to the 3rd day for it to be warm enough to utilize. It is small and shallow, so 3-4 adults would be max without dispersing too much of the water. We fit easily with 2 children and 1 adult at a time. Bedding was clean. Would recommend changing out the bottom bunk bedding on both beds. It is extremely noisy and would wake people up every time you moved around. Microwave door was broken and falling off and I let the owner know, as I know they are not always onsite to discover these things themselves. It did not hinder the function of the microwave itself. The kitchen was stocked very well with plenty of the essentials to cook meals. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with the basic shower essentials. Plenty of bath and hot tub towels. Location was excellent! Nice community. The ease of access to all things Pigeon Forge was great! I would recommend the owner look for a new cleaner or emphasize dusting as part of their duties. While the home itself was overall clean and tidy, the dust on cabinets, fixtures and lighting was very noticeable. Overall, I would stay at this cabin again.
