OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Every booking includes a non-refundable $60 Damage Coverage Insurance Fee. You will have the peace of mind that you will not be charged for any unintentional damage done to the property during your stay.

• Three security cameras on the premises, one over the front door and two overlooking the parking area and driveway. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cameras are for your protection and ours!

• The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the woods or in the driveway do not go near it or feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

• Cookware is provided. No Zip Locks, foil, oil, sprays, or condiments provided.
Starter hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels, and a garbage bag for each trashcan are provided. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional supplies that are needed for your stay. There are a couple grocery stores within a few miles from the cabin.

• Consuming Alcohol while In the Hot Tub is DANGEROUS! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO unsupervised children allowed in the hot tub!

• No late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will likely be asked to leave.

• NO open flames allowed inside the cabin including candles. This is for your safety and the safety of the other cabins in the area!

• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE CABIN!! Ash buckets are provided on the outside decks for smoking outside...

• Please no littering in or around the cabin!
