The Lodge Mahal earned a 5-star rating. The property description and posted pictures are 100% accurate, including the amazing views from the upper and level patios! The patios face to the west so you get the afternoon sun. So the owner putting in blackout curtains, which was a big plus for the game room on the lower level that has a HUGE television and the theater seating. Smart televisions (with all of the apps for streaming) and DISH network in the living room and each bedroom. Very comfortable king sized, sleep number beds in each bedroom. Extra pillows and blankets. The gas fireplace in the living room and two upstairs bedroom worked great. The cabin has central air and heat that worked well. A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and utensils. Both a regular coffee and a K-Cup machine. Oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster. Only thing missing in the kitchen was a toaster oven, which was no biggie. Good refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. The patios on both levels are terrific. Ample seating, including four comfortable gliders rockers. Tables and chairs. The Spa on the patio was already heated. We wish the patio had a gas grill instead of a park grill on the side of the cabin that uses charcoal a little far away and not worth the hassle. Also, wish there had been a gas fire pit on the lower level patio to warm ourselves when outside. But that is just me nitpicking.We loved it so much we have already booked again!
