Guests will have full private access to the entire cabin during their stay at Joy on Joyner.

Enjoy complete privacy across all three levels of the home, including the indoor rock wall, theater room, hot tub, and both wraparound porches. The home is equipped with smart locks for easy self check-in, and free parking is available on the property with space for multiple vehicles.

You`ll also have access to the in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs throughout the cabin, and high-speed WiFi.

We have a team of managers on call to make sure our guests are attended to promptly and appropriately! Our quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, these hours guests may experience a delay in response due to the time window.

• 🧼 A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and kitchen basics is provided to help you settle in for comfort and ease:)

• 🧺 A complimentary snack basket is provided for all guests and can be found on the kitchen counter.

HOT TUB RULES:

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- No children under 12 allowed in the hot tub without adult supervision.
- Shower before use to rinse off lotions, oils, and dirt.
- No glass in or around the hot tub — please use provided plasticware.
- Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating.
- Do not use if pregnant, intoxicated, or with health conditions that may be affected by heat.
- Keep the water clean – no food, soaps, or bubbles of any kind in the tub.
- Replace the cover when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
- Turn off jets and lights after use.
- Report any damage or concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.
- Use at your own risk. The host is not liable for any injuries or accidents.


ROCK WALL RULES

For your safety and fun, please follow these important rules:

- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- One climber at a time on the rock wall.
- No climbing without proper lighting – use the wall only during daylight or with the room lights on.
- No jumping from the top – always climb down safely.
- No roughhousing, pushing, or racing.
- Climb with bare feet or grippy socks – no shoes or slippery socks.
- Do not hang or swing from the top ledge or ceiling fixtures.
- Inspect for loose holds before climbing – report anything unusual.
- Use the crash pad or soft flooring provided beneath the wall.
- Climb at your own risk. By using the wall, you accept all responsibility for injuries.
