6 slaapkamers, 6 badkamers met een loft slaapkamer hut ligt op ongeveer 7 mijl van het centrum van Pigeon Forge. De prive-slaapkamer op de vliering, de zogenaamde Crow's Nest, is voorzien van een futon en koningin bed. Katie's Lodge heeft 2 bijeenkomst kamers (waarvan een met 60 "TV) en een speelzaal (met biljart, 70" TV, DVD-speler en een natte bar). Als een toegevoegde bonus, de NFL zondag ticket pakket is beschikbaar. Drie gashaarden zich door uit de cabine. De eetkamer stoelen 22 en is voorzien van een open haard en 42 "TV. Deze cabine is voorzien van 3 overdekte dekken met veel schommelstoelen, twee schommels, acht personen hot tub en picknicktafel, allemaal met een spectaculair uitzicht over de vallei.

The property was very clean & pretty. It had everything we needed for our stay. The veiws were beautiful! Communication with Fireside was great. They sent all the information on email & when talking to them on the phone they were very nice & helpful. The only down side was the tricky driveway. We had to drive up the road & turn around to get into the driveway. I would definitely recommend Katie's lodge!

Beautiful Cabin in the Mountains

We had an amazing time staying at Katie's Lodge. The property is managed by Fireside Chalets, and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here with 14 family members ages 13-76, and we had plenty of space, great bedrooms, bathrooms, and fun. It was easy to cook in the kitchen, share meals around the two tables, and play games. The teens loved hanging out in the basement with the pool table and big TV. The bunk beds were a little short for the 3 tall teen boys. However, they slept diagonally and made it work. There would've been plenty of room on couches too, but they had a better time sharing the triple bunk. Everything was very clean, and overall a great place to stay. We spent time at the Great Smoky Mountains NP, and enjoyed the sunsets and the beautiful view from the multi-level decks. The pool was a bonus, along with the hot tub. The driveway is steep, and not easy to find in the dark - but it's doable. We did have to purchase shampoo, conditioner and soap - as they had some small samples, but not enough for everyone. The cabin is very private, and we would highly recommend staying here, and would love to visit again.

Great vacation.

This was a beautiful cabin, very spacious. Really clean besides behind facet in one of the bathrooms was some mold. All in all it was a great cabin to stay in. Definitely recommend this cabin.

The property is everything stated in the description; I would have appreciated cleaner things (linens, etc.) Any issues we had were handled very efficiently by Fireside Chalet. We had a large group of 17 adults and a 16-month-old. This property was not set up for children; I know how to look for that from now on. Bring more trash bags and towels. We loved the cabin being decorated for the holidays. The location was great!

Great Cabin to stay in

We had a large group of family and friends staying at the cabin for my sons wedding. We had the best time at the cabin. Kitchen was equipped with everyrhing you would need to cook a meal. Plenty of riom for everyone. Great place to stay.

Family trip

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of the cabin and the views. The cabin was clean and well stocked in the kitchen to provided everything that we needed for cooking for a large group. The highlight was having a bear come up onto the porch by the kitchen door.

Nice Big Home

This is a beautiful home. It is really huge, just as stated on the site. The home was clean with a few minor missed areas, like under the toaster. Easy miss. Overall, was very clean. The kitchen could use some cushions on the benches, and the hot tub could use a step stool, but other than that I wouldn't change a thing. We all had plenty of towels, soap, and supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and even spices. Having the extra storage for wine and beer was a plus. We had everything needed for our stay all we added was family, friends and food and had a wonderful stay. This house does seem to have a daily morning bear visitor, so guests need to be aware when coming and going. This is a home I would love to stay at again.

50th anniversary celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It had plenty of space to spread out and play games and hang out with the family. The decks were great and also having a bathroom in each bedroom. The only thing I would suggest is going through the kitchen cabinets and doing a thorough cleaning of all the stuff because there were several things that we had to rewash during our stay before we used them. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Love spending time with all the Kids and Grands. This Cabin is huge, very clean, absolutely beautiful. We had a Mama Bear and 3 cubs take a stroll thru the front yard. This cabin is amazing and absolutely the best price around for 6 bedroom- 6 Bath!!! WE Definitely will be back to this cabin, the best we have ever rented!!

there was a leak downstairs - called - someone came out - said they fixed it - but did not -they did not Shopvac or vacuum up water in the floor which was saturated. There was no follow-up call. There was a musty damp smell downstairs. Due to the weak we were unable to use the laundry room downstairs. And the water leak was near the kid's room bunkbed (5-year-old) so I had to constantly clean their feet and remind them not to step in the wet area of carpet. The carpet was not only dirty it was nasty. The kitchen cabinet doors and drawers felt like they were loose and about to come off the hinges. the hot tub took forever to heat up and only one set of jets worked. When I discussed the matter with Fireside they basically indicated the rate was so cheap - so, therefore, I became upset due to them indicating since I booked a cheap rate, I should endure the issues. I was not happy. I will not choose Fireside Chatelets in the future. Also, I got emails form VRBO, Fireside Chatelets and Bark something guard shack. It was too much - 3 different sets of emails. I stay in BNB/s often. This by far has been the worst experience. a personal score 3 out of 10.

Pleasant Stay

Overall, the stay was nice. There was enough space to accommodate our family of 18, which initially was supposed to be 15. The views were amazing.The staff was very friendly and responsive. Kelly checked in with me regularly. The cons were steep driveway and a mouse was in the house, which had droppings in certain areas upon arriving. We purchased traps, although I'm not sure if we caught it or not.
