Unwind in the 4-person hot tub equipped with blue-tooth speakers, where you can melt your cares away to the tunes of your favorite music amidst the tranquil mountain setting. ☆ Free WiFi- Code will be provided in the Guidebook as well as welcome message sent prior to check-in.

● Please clean up after your pet during their stay. An additional charge of $50-100 may apply for any mess left behind, including excess fur, waste, or spilled food.
● MUST Notify Host of pet at time of booking
● Any unauthorized pet will result in cancellation and $200 charge per unauthorized pet.

● A rental agreement must be signed, which will be emailed upon booking.

● Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book.

● Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

● Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.

● NO fireworks, parties, loud music, or large gatherings permitted at any time. Please be respectful of nearby neighbors.

● NO Smoking of any substance is a permitted inside Brook Haven Chalet. You are welcome to smoke outdoors.

● There is a Spiral staircase in bedroom which may be a challenge for individuals with mobility issues.

● A starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Additional supplies may need to be purchased.

● The hot tub is for guests 18 and over. Guests under 18 may only use hot tub under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or narcotics for your safety. Pregnant woman and elderly persons should consult doctor before use. Use the hot tub At Your Own Risk.

● Please refrain from wading in the brook located on the property for your safety and to preserve the natural habitat.

● Check-in begins at 4pm on the date of your reservation and will end at 10am on your check-out date. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability, and we will inform you know if the cabin is ready prior to 4pm.

● Please note that aluminum foil, condiments, zip locks, and charcoal are not provided. Kindly plan accordingly

● Although bear sightings are RARE, it is still possibly due to the cabin's proximity to their natural habitat. For your safety, DO NOT approach bears. Our guidebook offers valuable tips on vacationing near our black bears.

● Due to the mountainous location, cell service may be spotty in certain areas.

● The journey to the cabin may involve some winding roads.

● For winter stays, we highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the roads may be snowy or icy.

● Being nestled in the mountains/ forest, you may see bugs or critters. We diligently maintain the cabin with regular pest control, but keeping the doors closed and food stored properly will help prevent unwanted visitors.

● Prior to your arrival, you will receive an electronic house manual prior that contains all the essential information you need to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the chalet.
