Adjacent, enjoy a pool table and mini bar for entertainment. Step outside to unwind in our relaxing hot tub after your adventures.

SELF CHECK-IN + CHECK OUT
Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM EST
Check Out: No later than 10 AM EST

*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check-in early OR check-out after 10 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 for every hour. If check-out is past 1 PM, will be charged that night's room fee. This allows our cleaning team to prepare for the next guest!

**A $1000 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. This hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 4 days after departure (if no damages are reported). Please note: we are API connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez in order to safely and securely take security deposits. This is Airbnb approved.**
▻ No changes or refunds due to illness, road conditions, or Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or other events beyond host's control). Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
▻ Guests are required to report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay and must allow the host the opportunity to rectify the issue. No refunds will be considered for anything reported after checkout.
▻ We are unable to accommodate early/late check in due to our cleaner's busy schedule. Guests that stay past our check out time of 10 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 for every hour.
▻ We are proud to offer you the cleanest stay possible and have quilts washed after every guest.
▻ This is a cabin in the woods. We have monthly pest control treatments both inside and outside of the property. You may encounter bugs/pests during your stay, please bring mosquito spray (if needed).
▻ We diligently strive to provide listed amenities to our guests but there may be circumstances that prevent this from happening. All amenities may not be available at all times.
▻ A "starter pack" of trash bags, paper towels/toilet paper, coffee, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. is provided for your convenience. Depending on the length of your stay, we encourage guests to be prepared to bring additional items, as needed.
▻ The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest. It can take up to 6 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please allow time at night to check in for water to heat. Standing on the hot tub cover will result in a $500 replacement charge. Please keep the hot tub covered to prevent damage.

SAFETY:
▻ There are two fire extinguishers inside the property, one under the kitchen sink and one in the laundry room in the cabinets above the washer/dryer.
▻ Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors are installed in the Lodge.
▻ No Smoking - any sign of smoke will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

❄️ WINTER DRIVING ⚠️
▻ Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains. Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be curvy, steep and narrow due to being located in the mountains. There are limited streetlights on mountain roads. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.

▻ Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.

▻ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.

▻ For local road conditions, please call: State Highway Department.

▻ Motion activated security cameras are present onsite, located at the front door entry and driveway. They record video and audio 24/7 for the security of the property. There are NO cameras pointed at private spaces or inside. Tampering with the cameras will result in a maintenance fee of $50 and visit from our security team.

▻ Guests must walk up exterior stairs and onto deck in order to reach the front door.

KEEP DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED
▻ It is very critical that you keep all doors and windows closed when you leave. While the cabin is maintained by a professional pest control service, you may still come across these critters during your stay with us. But please do not be alarmed, it's completely normal. You can help minimize your exposure to these bugs (and keep the air-conditioning inside) by keeping all external doors closed.

▻ While we are delighted to welcome you into our home at a fraction of the price of a hotel stay, there are some “hotel” features that our cabin doesn't offer. Please bring your own personal care toiletries, condiments, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY
▻ Blue Sky Summit can sleep up to 6 people. For all guests above the maximum capacity, you will be charged $100 per guest per day.

▻ Please remember that you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
