Dit geüpdate cabin bevindt zich op slechts 5 minuten van de opwinding van Dollywood en op korte rijafstand van Gatlinburg en Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Het biedt toegang tot het beste van de regio Gatlinburg. Met een bijgewerkte rustieke ambiance, eindeloos veel daglicht en hoge plafonds, deze gezellige hut is ideaal voor een romantisch uitje of een familievakantie.

Na een dag in de buitenlucht, zet de open haard aan en breng de avond door in de woonkamer. Of je nu kiest voor je favoriete Netflix-favorieten op de flatscreen-tv met Roku of een dutje doet in de fauteuil, je hebt onbelemmerd natuurlijk uitzicht door de grote ramen.

De volledig uitgeruste keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om een 5-sterren feest voor je reisgenoten te maken. Als je klaar bent met eten en drinken aan tafel voor 4, schenk jezelf een glas wijn in en ga naar het gemeubileerde dek.

Het overdekte dek wordt omgeven door torenhoge bomen en heeft een eigen hot tub en Adirondack-stoelen. Het biedt een rustige oase in de buitenlucht met een adembenemend uitzicht.

The cabin and location was great. The amenities, and the person that we talked to also great. The issue that we ran into was cleanliness. While its nice to have a washer and dryer it would also be nice to not have to take rags and other dirty clothes from previous guests out of the washer, the biggest issue I had with this was the washer reeked because the clothes had obviously dried inside and was left for some time. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed since the last person left as there was crushed up chips in the carpet between the jacuzzi and bed, and how hard would it be to wipe the walls down every once in a while. In multiple places you can see the dust build up on the walls and in-between the wall boards. All in all decent stay just wish it was cleaner. Also please do a better job of getting the correct community pass code out.

Very disappointed

Initial walk in was great and looked cozy, until we discovered the very dirty hot tub which took a very long time to heat up, and was the only reason we picked this property. We did not discover how gross it was until We got in (after waiting 12+ hours to let it heat up ) which felt slimy and stuff was floating around as soon as the few jets came on. Instruction page says they drain and clean after each booking- clearly not so. Still hoping to get to enjoy our time, we filled the jacuzzi tub with water, and learned afterwards it is also broken and was another huge disappointment. I was hoping to try to relax after many days of driving in pain. This was my wife’s and My first ever trip without kids to celebrate our anniversary in 11 years and the first time booking a cabin instead of a general hotel room. Brooklyn was quick to help with needing a new gate code when the old one stopped working after the first day. We did call in our dinner to The Legends Pizza, had it delivered(but had to meet the delivery guy at the gate because gate code stopped working). It was very good lasagna and wings. Unfortunately, The more we hung out in the cabin, it was obvious that it was not very clean. The a/c return in the kitchen and bathroom vent fan were covered in dirty dust.The kitchen floor was sticky and dirty..there was not a single extra full roll of toilet paper or even one extra garbage bag to replace what we took out. Just read reviews 1+ year ago- just as bad.

The only thing i didnt like was the hot tub needed to be cleaned. It advertised that the water was drained after every guest, however there was a film and did not feel very sanitary.

Great place!

The cabin was very clean and everything worked. The location is great, just a few minutes to Dollywood, easy drive to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. It doesn’t take long to get wherever you want to go.

Decent cabin

The overall experience of the cabin was great, the location was wonderful and felt secluded. The few complains I had were that the jacuzzi tub didn’t turn on at all, which was a big factor for why I booked it. The hot tub seemed to have some kind of white specks floating around in it. The ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t work and the bathtub in the bathroom did not drain well. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, but worked ok for my toddler. The game table was great and my family really enjoyed it! I also really enjoyed having a washer and dryer available to dry our swim suits. Overall we had a good experience but I’m disappointed that we paid so much considering those inconveniences.

I love Hidden Springs Resort BUT...

We travel a lot and have booked many cabins in the area. We chose to make a quick weekend trip for Spring Break. We love the HS Resort, we love the location and the indoor pool (Although this time people didn’t follow the rules and there were tons of unsupervised kids making it horrible for other guests. But I’m no Karen so we just left). This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed with our selection in cabins. And this is why: 1. The dishwasher was not unloaded. No big deal but I figured it was apart of the cleaning process since they require you to load it before leaving. 2. There was a ball of hair right beneath the dishwasher and the floor was sticky which led me to believe nothing was swept or mopped. 3. The fridge wasn’t cleaned. No big deal we only stored a few drinks in it. 4. The bedding had a stale smell and a stain on the sheets. But we come prepared : ) 5. The hot tub had a smell and a film. There is no way it was drained and refilled. 6. The pull out bed is terrible. You can feel the springs. I wished we had got to book the two bedroom across the street that we stayed in back in August. 7. Upon leaving we were checking to make sure we had everything and found a dirty sock under the bed, that was not ours. 8. The cabin over all needs a good cleaning. There’s grease build up and cob webs. 9. For the cleaning services to actual leave a tip envelope and this cabin to have so many cleanliness issues, was hilarious. The positive is the cabin is at a deadend and the scenery is beautiful. Check-in and check out is a breeze! We didn’t have any issue with anything not working. We will definitely book at HS again but not this cabin.

Not a good experience

There several issues we had with this property from the hut tub jets not working, the jacuzzi jets not working, tv remote and even outlets not working. This information was given to the property manager at 8 am after our first night. Hot tub was not fixed until 8pm that night after Hours of phone calls trying to get a refund so we could go stay somewhere else. Finally jacuzzi jets were fixed out last night there. There was no communication of when people were just showing up to fix things and would not give any feedback that they were even fixed. We had to try everything out each time we got back to the cabin to see if it worked yet.

Good location with everything you need

The cabin was very clean and had plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The furniture is very nice and appears to be new. We didn't use the kitchen much, but had what we needed for a few take out meals. The drive in is pretty steep, there were a few very minor maintenance items I mentioned to the owner, but nothing major. There is no view in the summer time but other than that it was everything we needed!

Cabin was not ready at check in time. We had to wait an extra hour to be able to get into cabin. Ceiling fan in bedroom had blades that were about to fall off. Many of the appliances/lamps were not plugged in. No connection from DVD player to TV. This trip was to celebrate our 25th anniversary and needless to say we were disappointed in this cabin and the overall experience.

What a getaway!

Great property in a perfect location - halfway between Gatlinburg and Seveirville, less than 5 minutes from Dollywood. Should have been there five days instead of three. So quiet and peaceful - including other property guests.

Cozy little cabin!

This was the perfect size for me and my fiancé! The price was unbelievable and was totally worth it. Extremely romantic and close to all of the attractions(even though most were closed during our visit due to COVID-19).
