Congrats on a rare find:) This place has it all! A great view with an easy drive, good cell service/wifi, and loaded with amenities!! This cabin has been recently tastefully updated and is a 3 story, 5 bdr (sleeps 14), located less than 5 miles from the pigeon forge parkway! We are local owners and have just put a lot of time and love into updating this cabin to make it even more enjoyable for others😀 .. 🚨OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
**This cabin is located on a hill top with a wide/paved road, very easy access.. There is 1 other rental cabin next door, however you will still be secluded and have privacy!
** This cabin sleeps 14 in beds, no sleeper sofa. Inside there are 4 private bedrooms (3 Kings and 1 Queen/Queen Bunk). The 5th “bedroom” is the game room downstairs with a custom bunk with 4 twin beds.

This cabin has a shower on each level (3 total). The main level shower is located in the king suite master bdr. along with a jetted tub. Just outside the master bdr is a half bath as well.

Upstairs you will find a King room with a spectacular mtn view , another bedroom with a huge Queen over Queen bunk bed, and a full bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo with a beautiful view through the large window. Also there is a loft area with a 8 person Poker table.

The lower level hosts- the game room, 3rd full bath w shower, 4th bdr(King), and theater room. * The Game Room acts as 5th bdr with the custom bunks -4 twin beds.

-14 people MAX occupancy

-Please double check sleeping arrangements in this listing to make sure it works for your group

-All guests must be 25+ years of age except children with their parents.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
-Cabin is equipped with fast wifi and 7 roku tv's, so byo passwords for netflix and hulu just like at home. **Just make sure to sign out before you leave!!**
* We also have direct tv with added sports package

-We DO provide hand soap and a start of toilet paper and paper towels. Also a complimentary start of shampoo,conditioner,body wash,lotion will be in each bathroom..
You may need bring extra for your trip.
However,other toiletries,condiments, zip locks,and coffee are NOT provided

-Coffee: We have a coffee bar with a regular drip style coffee maker AND a kuerig. We will only provide coffee filters and a few k-kups so, you may need more for your stay. We also provide syrups / sugars, teas, and honey sticks.

 -No refunds outside of our cancellation policy unless there are weather/natural disasters/long term power outages/ things that prevent you from being able to stay or access our cabin ***TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED***

- HOT TUB:
Upon check in, the hot tub may not be hot until later that evening since it gets drained,cleaned,and refilled every turn. However,it will be sparkling clean! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK

- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep doors/windows closed as much as possible to keep them out.

-Check-Out instructions will be sent in a message the day before checkout and is also listed under “house rules”

🚨**Keep in mind that there is A LOT of bear activity in the area surrounding the cabin**

**MAKE SURE THE OUTDOOR TRASH CAN STAYS LATCHED, BEARS CAN AND WILL OPEN TO GET TO THE TRASH!!
**ALSO, KEEP CAR DOORS LOCKED, BEARS CAN OPEN CAR DOORS ESPECIALLY IF FOOD IS LEFT IN VEHICLE!
