Treehouse Overlook is an amazing 2 bedroom cabin that incorporates all the amenities you’ll need for entertainment and relaxation. Unlike many cabins, it has an open-concept design and every part of the cabin can be reached within a few steps. A staircase leads upstairs to the loft with bunk beds and a murphy bed and the primary bedroom is downstairs. But the highlight really is the amazing back deck that leads to a massive treehouse that’s perfect to keep the kids busy, along with so much more!

The living room is the place to be for relaxing, watching a movie with your group or family and more. The soft couches provide a wonderful sense of accommodation, and the large flat-screen TV is perfect for playing the big game. The gas fireplace allows you to turn on the ambiance and the heat whenever you need it, so cold nights will never be a thing in this cabin. The large windows and doors provide ample view of the beautiful trees and rolling Smoky Mountain hills, even without stepping outside.

★KITCHEN★
Fully equipped modern kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you. There is a lovely wooden dining room table located right off the kitchen, along with additional outdoor spaces to relax and dine as well!

Our cabin was built to embrace the tranquility & beauty of the Smokies, while also providing ample of unique entertainment for the entire family! Enjoy a quiet night in the spacious living room while the fireplace roars in the distance as you and your loved ones catch the big game or movie night on the large flat-screen TV. Step upstairs into the loft and the kids can camp out in front of the TV or enjoy the multitude of games on the arcade. And of course, take some time to soak in the incredible views from our extensive porch and decks. Enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee while relaxing on the porch swing or hammock. Or fire up the BBQ grill to test out your grilling skills, while just around the corner the kids and family can enjoy the bubbling hot tub! But the best part, which will definitely make for incredible memories, is the amazing treehouse that hosts a fireplace, foosball table, TV, futon, and comfy couch. Adding an extra layer of excitement to your stay, this mountain retreat boasts its very own zipline—an exhilarating experience that allows the kids to capture the spirit of the wilderness from a unique perspective. AND, don't forget about the playground slide. The fresh air, views, and privacy this outdoor space has to offer can't be beaten! Relaxation and entertainment at its finest!

The cabin is tucked away in the hills. There are cabins within sight, but thankfully you’re not jammed into a cabin subdivision like many others! There are lots of nearby attractions for family fun ranging from shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation, including the Gatlinburg Golf Course, Dollywood, and Douglas Lake. We provide a list of these attractions to guests and offer complimentary suggestions on the best places to visit during your stay.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.
